The NFL's 2025 league meetings are underway in Palm Springs, Fla., which of course means we got our annual Head Coaches Class Photo. And for some reason, this year's edition took place inside.

Nevertheless, we like to make a record of the photo here because it's a fundamentally silly and fundamentally important document. It's important because the 2025 NFL head coaching roster is different than it was in 2024, and the 2026 one will be different as well. It's the only place and time in history that these 32 -- well, 31 -- men will be in the same room together.

Important as it is, it's also silly because, well, you'll see for yourself below.

-- Reigning Super Bowl champion Nick Sirianni is the only front row-sitter in shorts. Last year's Super Bowl champ, Andy Reid, was in shorts. This year, Reid is in pants. Is there an unwritten rule somewhere that we're not aware of?

-- Speaking of Sirianni, it appears he's supposed to be front and center since he's got some sort of round object at his feet. except there are six coaches to his right and nine to his left.

-- It definitely doesn't feel like a coincidence that Super Bowl runner-up Reid is directly to Siranni's right. AFC finalist Sean McDermott is to Sirianni's left, with divisional round qualifiers Sean McVay and John Harbaugh also in the front row and near the center.

-- Last year we noted how there were eight bald NFL head coaches and 14 bearded ones, both of which felt like all-time highs. This year's count: seven bald coaches and 19 with facial hair. (The missing coach, Atlanta's Raheem Morris, has neither.)

-- Seated between the Harbaugh Boys, of course, is new Las Vegas Raiders head coach Pete Carroll. Makes perfect sense.

-- Five other coaches on the front row are wearing some sort of white sneaker, but Jim Harbaugh is absolutely wearing white New Balances and everyone but Jim understands the difference. Again, makes perfect sense.
