Tim Beck has exchanged both coordinators on his Coastal Carolina staff, and those changes are bringing about more changes elsewhere on the staff.
Running backs coach Xavier Dye, wide receivers coach Perry Parks, and defensive line coach/run game coordinator Jimmy Brumbaugh are all currently looking for other opportunities, sources told FootballScoop on Tuesday.
Further staff changes are expected, sources told FootballScoop, including to Coastal's roster of analysts and quality control coaches.
The program announced Western Kentucky co-offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Drew Hollingshead as its new offensive coordinator on Dec. 31, and Jeremiah Johnson as its new defensive coordinator on Saturday.
Former Chanticleers standouts Grayson McCall and Trey Carter have also been announced as offensive analysts. Yesterday we shared that Caedon Malone is joining the staff as well.
After an 8-5 debut season, Coastal Carolina went 6-7 (3-5 Sun Belt) in Year 2 under Beck, concluding with a 44-15 loss to UTSA in the Myrtle Beach Bowl, played on Coastal Carolina's home field.
