I subscribed but still can not see premium feeds/articles!?
Verify you are signed in with the appropriate account. 99% of time, the issue here is the system isn't recognizing that you are logged in. The fix is easy, please use the button in the top left corner of the website to log out and then the same button to log back in. Once you do that you should be good. 

I paid for premium and can see the premium articles/feed but I still see ads

Once logged in, you will no longer see any ads within the articles, on the top or side of the page. Some footer ads at the bottom of the page might show from time to time. 

How do I update my payment method?
Profile -> Manage Payments

I no longer want a subscription and need to cancel, where do I go?
You can cancel your subscription by clicking here, and clicking 'Cancel Subscription'. Your subscription will run through the end of the current billing cycle and will not generate a new invoice/charge. We do not offer refunds.
