UCLA Football has added Marianna McCourt to its recruiting staff as the program's new Director of Recruiting Operations source tells FootballScoop.
McCourt joins the Bruins after serving as Coordinator of Recruiting Operations at Florida State. In that role, she managed day-to-day recruiting operations for the program under head coach Mike Norvell. Prior to her time at FSU, McCourt gained experience as a student assistant for on-campus recruiting at the University of Mississippi.
McCourt's move to UCLA places her on the recruiting staff under head coach Bob Chesney as the program continues building its infrastructure for the 2026 cycle and beyond. She will report into a group that includes General Manager Darrick Wray, Executive Director of Recruiting JR Maoal, and Senior Director of Football Recruiting Operations Marshawn Friloux. The hire reflects UCLA's ongoing efforts to strengthen its recruiting staff and continues the pipeline from Florida State as well.
