Video proof Purdue's next head coach is a tough-minded baller (Purdue)

If you were to ask Jeff Brohm about his professional football career, he might list his seven years in the NFL and leave it at that. After all, that's what we did on the write-up his move from Western Kentucky to Purdue. Brohm didn't see much action in his seven years in the league -- he played in eight games and threw 58 passes in stints with the Chargers, Redskins, 49ers, Buccaneers, Broncos and Browns -- but the NFL is the pinnacle of the football world and Brohm was part of it, dadgumit.

But Brohm did spend one year in the XFL, and what a glorious year it was. He played in seven games for the Orlando Rage, completing 58 percent of his passes for nine touchdowns with three interceptions. Brohm helped the Rage win the Eastern Division before leaving football for good after one season in the ill-fated league.

Included in that season was this glorious sequence that told you everything you need to know about Brohm as a player. Make sure you watch the whole thing.
