We post plenty of facility transformation pieces on this site, and for good reason: colleges are doing them all the time. The facilities arms race in the college game is really just one long chain reaction that never stops reacting.
NFL teams don't put as much into renovating their facilities -- or, at least they don't put as much into publicizing they've renovated their facilities -- because they don't recruit. Sure, they recruit free agents, but those negotiations are limited to dollar signs.
That said, the Titans recently put a new face on their headquarters, and the finished product looks:
A) Absolutely immaculate
B) Like it'd be the 3rd most impressive facility in the SEC
