West Virginia: Jahmile Addae has formally joined the staff and will coach the defensive backs.

Cleveland Browns: Saskatchewan Roughriders head coach Chris Jones' title with the team will be senior defensive specialist, per multiple reports.

Oklahoma: UCLA outside linebackers coach Roy Manning has been hired to coach the corners. Manning and Grinch previously worked together at Washington State a few years ago.

Saskatchewan Roughriders (CFL): Riders head coach Chris Jones is stepping down to take a defensive position with the Cleveland Browns and Jeremy O'Day will take over as GM, according to CFL News.

Judson (NAIA - IL): Judson University, which launches football in 2021, has promoted defensive coordinator Brandon New to head coach. New replaces Shawn Flynn, who stepped down months after the program was formed but will remain involved with the program.

Arkansas State: In addition to the planned hire of David Duggan, source tells FootballScoop Blake Anderson plans to promote Brandon Joiner to defensive ends coach. Joiner, a former A-State player, has been on staff the past four seasons as a grad assistant / quality control coach.

Northern Iowa (FCS): After two years coaching the tight ends at Western Kentucky, Ryan Mahaffey is returning to UNI as offensive coordinator. Mahaffey previously served as co-offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach on the staff prior to leaving for WKU.

Arkansas State: Sources tells FootballScoop David Duggan is expected to be Blake Anderson's new defensive coordinator. Duggan and Anderson worked together at Southern Miss and North Carolina. Duggan served as Todd Monken's defensive coordinator at Southern Miss. Duggan was on staff the past three seasons at Western Michigan and had recently agreed to join Walt Bell's staff at UMass as co-defensive coordinator; but sources tell FootballScoop he's now headed back South.

Dallas Cowboys: Marc Colombo will return as the Cowboys' offensive line coach.

Cabrillo (CC - CA): Cabrillo College is looking for a Defensive Coordinator with a Master's in physical education, exercise science, education or any Bachelor degree and two years of professional experience. Knowledge of and commitment to teaching strategies and methods, which enhance student success at community colleges. Demonstrated ability to teach the courses or perform the duties effectively as described above (a teaching demonstration may be part of the interview). Pay will be based on teaching, coaching, and professional experience. Along with the base salary the position will include a stipend. Independence CC (JC - KS): Independence Community College is looking to hire an assistant DB coach with either high school or college playing experience and or college coaching experience. It’s an unpaid position which offers housing and meals, and an opportunity of a lifetime. Must be efficient with computers and able to handle multiple tasks, as well as coach a position in the secondary and recruit an area. Must be able to start immediately. Memphis: Former Memphis and NFL tight end Alan Cross has been hired in a graduate assistant role on Mike Norvell's staff.

Tampa Bay Bucs: Rick Stroud tweets that Antwaan Randle El (offensive assistant) and Cody Grimm (defense / special teams assistant) have both agreed to terms to roles on the Bucs coaching staff.

NY Jets: The Jets are finalizing a deal with former Browns interim head coach and defensive coordinator Gregg Williams to be their next defensive coordinator, Adam Schefter tweets.

Denver Broncos: Ed Donatell is interviewing for the defensive coordinator role, Troy Renck tweets. Donatell coached the defensive backs on Vic Fangio's defense with the Bears last season.

Duke: Source tells FootballScoop Arkansas State assistant head coach / corners Trooper Taylor is expected to join David Cutcliffe's staff coaching receivers. Taylor previously coached receivers at Tulane, Tennessee, Oklahoma State and Auburn. Trooper's son Blaise is currently a defensive grad assistant at Duke.

Bryant (FCS - RI): Steve Ciocci has been named offensive line coach / recruiting coordinator. Ciocci spent last season as an offensive line graduate assistant at Florida International, and prior to that was the defensive line coach / co-special teams coordinator / recruiting coordinator at Wagner.

The Citadel (FCS): Tony Grantham, who coached the Navy defensive ends last season, has been named defensive coordinator.

Arizona Cardinals: Former Lions offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Jim Bob Cooter is interviewing for the offensive coordinator job today, Adam Schefter tweets.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Mike McCoy is interviewing for the offensive coordinator job, per Adam Schefter. McCoy spent this past season coordinating the offense for the Cardinals until being let go in November.

Kilgore (JC - TX): Former Louisiana Tech offensive graduate assistant Peter Hopkins is the new offensive coordinator, per source. Hopkins takes over for Willie Gooden, who was promoted from offensive coordinator to head coach.

Denver Broncos: Brandon Staley, who coached the outside linebackers with the Bears, has been hired in the same capacity on Vic Fangio's staff, per Ian Rapoport.

Temple: Northern Illinois defensive line coach Walter Stewart is also following Rod Carey to Temple, where he will work with the defensive line.

Louisville: The program has officially announced the addition of Arkansas State running backs coach Norval McKenzie as their running backs coach.

Carolina Panthers: Richard Rogers will continue to coach the Panthers safeties, Joe Person tweets.

Indianapolis Colts: The Colts are letting go offensive line coach Dave DeGuglielmo, Mike Garafolo tweets.

Alabama: Matt Zentiz tweets that former Rutgers head coach Kyle Flood has interviewed for the offensive line job on Saban's staff. Flood spent the past two seasons as the assistant offensive line coach with the Falcons, and Dan Quinn recently announced that Flood was shifting to a senior assistant role that includes oversight of in-game decision making & clock management strategies, among other duties.

Abilene Christian (FCS - TX):Abilene Christian is looking for a single game to fill a home date next season for September 7th, 2019 (Week 2) against an FCS, D2 or NAIA opponent. Penn State: Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to be involved in a variety of facets of Penn State's broad-based and highly successful 31-sport varsity athletic programs. Among the responsibilities are: working with the Assistant Athletic Director for Creative Services and Brand Management as well as the Creative Services staff to develop, maintain and advance the athletic department brand identity through original and creative design concepts, producing original and creative designs for a variety of print, social media, and web-based materials including: social media graphics, posters, game programs, signage and large-scale facility graphics, media guides, advertising, tickets and ticket brochures, maps, website and e-mail graphics, logos & varied promotional materials as needed as well as creative input for GoPSUsports.com. Ripon (D-III - WI): Quarterbacks / fullbacks coach Jake Marshall has added the title of associate head coach, per source.

Buffalo Bills: Panthers assistant special teams coach Heath Farwell has been hired as the Bills new special teams coordinator, Joe Person tweets.

Lake Erie (D-II - OH): Source tell FootballScoop that new head coach Reilly Murphy has made several hires to his staff including; Phil DeCapito (DC / LBs), Craig Kuester (DL / STC), Kyle Rigney (OL), Thomas Swilley (assistant OL), Gino Spadaro (defensive assistant / graphic design), AJ Scott (TEs), Sean Lagerstrom (offensive assistant / WRs).

Dallas Cowboys: Jerry Jones shared on 105.3 The Fan this morning that if Jason Garrett was on the open market two weeks ago he would've had five head coaching job offers,. per a tweet from Kate Hairopoulos.

Chicago Bears: The Bears have informed safeties coach that he has been let go, Brad Briggs tweets. Also, linebackers coach Glenn Pires will not return, Adam Caplan adds.

Mike Smith: Smith, the former Falcons head coach who most recently served as the defensive coordinator with the Bucs, shares with Sirius XM NFL that he has no plans to pursue more coaching opportunities and adds that it's time to "do something different" after nearly four decades in the coaching profession.

Tennessee: Tee Martin, who spent last season at USC as offensive coordinator, has agreed to a deal to join the Vols staff in an unspecified role, per Chris Low of ESPN.

Southeastern Louisiana (FCS): Southeastern Louisiana is looking to hire a full-time assistant coach. Bachelor's degree and at least one year of college or high school coaching experience required. Interested coaches can see more and apply via this link.

Franklin Pierce (D-II - NH): Franklin Pierce University Football in Rindge, NH is looking to fill an offensive assistant (QBs) position starting Feb. 15th. The job pays $24K a year with no housing or benefits. Candidates must have played QB at the college level and/or coached QBs at the college level; preference will be given to coaches that are from the Northeast Region.. Jacksonville Jaguars: Terry Robiskie is expected to become the Jags new running backs coach, per Alex Marvez.

Army: Head coach Jeff Monken has agreed to a contract extension at Army keeping him with the school through the 2024 season. Monken, who has beaten rival Navy three straight seasons, led the program to a school record 11-wins this past season & has also put together back-to-back 10-win seasons for the first time in school history as well.

Miami Dolphins: Packers linebackers coach Patrick Graham is expected to leave for the Dolphins, per Jim Owczarski.

Minnesota Vikings: The Vikings have formally named Gary Kubiak assistant head coach / offensive advisor, Brian Pariani tight ends coach, and Klint Kubiak as quarterbacks coach.
