CSU Pueblo (D-II): Sources tell FootballScoop CSU Pueblo is expected to hire Brian Natkin as co-offensive coordinator / offensive line coach. Natkin has previously coached offensive line at Sam Houston, UTEP and for the Arizona Cardinals.
Kansas: Daryl Agpalsa is expected to leave NIU and join Kansas' staff as offensive line coach Pete Thamel has shared. Agpalsa previously coached offensive line for Lance Leipold at both UW-Whitewater and Buffalo. He joined the Northern Illinois staff in 2019.

Las Vegas Raiders: Following some time at Ohio State as a senior analyst and with the Cowboys as their offensive line coach, Joe Philbin is joining Antonio Pierce's staff as a senior offensive assistant, per Ian Rapoport.
Samford (FCS - AL): Source tells FootballScoop Peter Renkowski has been promoted from graduate assistant to tight ends coach.
Stephen F. Austin (FCS - TX): Garrett Graf is set to join the SFA staff as offensive line coach sources tell FootballScoop.

Lake Erie (D-II - OH): Tim Kennedy, an offensive graduate assistant at UConn, has accepted the offensive coordinator / quarterbacks job with the Storm.
Youngstown State (FCS - OH): Trent Voss has been announced as the new safeties coach for the Penguins. He previously coached the linebackers at Gardner-Webb (FCS - NC).
MTSU: Per source, Max Arnold Jr has been added to the staff as assistant to special teams coordinator Luke Paschall. Arnold and Paschall worked in the same capacity the past two years at Louisianna where their teams ranked 1st in four key categories within the conference.

Colorado: Coach Prime's staff will reportedly earn a record-breaking amount in 2024.
Wilmington (D-III - OH): Wilmington is looking to hire a graduate assistant coach. Selected candidate will coach an assigned position and have a recruiting area. Qualifications: Related Bachelor's degree, plus any related coaching experience or equivalent. $6000 stipend, meals and housing 10 month. LA Rams: The organization has announced the additions of Giff Smith (DL / run game coordinator), John Streicher (game management coordinator), Dave Ragone (QBs), Chili Davis (assistant ST), Greg Williams (ILBs), Rob Calabrese (offensive assistant), and Nate Scheelhaase (offensive assistant / pass game specialist).
Washington: Caleb Wilson, a graduate assistant working with the offensive line and tight ends at Purdue, is expected to join the staff as a quality control coach, Bruce Feldman shares. Wilson played tight end at UCLA while Jedd Fisch was on staff with the Bruins.
North Texas: Brian Odom has formally joined the staff as linebackers coach.

New Orleans Saints: Keith Williams, who spent the last three seasons on staff with the Ravens, first as pass game specialist before moving to assistant receivers coach, will be the new receivers coach per Nick Underhill. Williams is the former receivers coach at Nebraska, Tulane and Fresno State.
Alabama: Baylor linebackers coach Christian Robinson, who has multiple previous stops in the SEC including at Georgia, Florida, Ole Miss and Auburn, will be the new outside linebackers coach for the Tide, per multiple reports last night. He became the second coach from the Baylor staff to leave for Bama, joining offensive line coach Chris Kapilovic.
King's College (D-III - PA): Skyler Fultz, who just wrapped up his first season leading the program as the Monarchs went 8-3 this past fall, has resigned to pursue other opportunities and Mike Cebrosky has been elevated to head coach. Cebrosky has spent the past 13 seasons with the program, the past nine as defensive coordinator before adding the associate head coach title prior to this last fall.
Tennessee: Sources confirm to FootballScoop that former Washington co-defensive coordinator and assistant head coach William Inge is joining the Vols defensive staff.
University of San Diego (FCS): Andrew Heffler, the wide receivers coach / special teams coordinator at Culver-Stockton (NAIA - MO), has joined the USD staff as an offensive assistant.
LA Rams: Iowa State offensive coordinator Nathan Scheelhaase is reportedly joining Sean McVay's staff in LA.
Eastern Illinois (FCS): Jax Ostroski, an offensive assistant working with the offensive line and tight ends at Drake (FCS - IA), has accepted an offensive graduate assistant job with the Panthers.
Bemidji State (D-II - MN): Sources tell FootballScoop the Beavers have found their new offensive line coach, and he's coming from the ACC.
Auburn: The program has announced the additions of Paxton Montgomery (special teams / defensive analyst), Sammy Cohen (defensive analyst), Rohan Gaines (defensive analyst), Buddy Brosky (defensive analyst), and Heath DeDeaux (offensive graduate assistant).
Alabama: The Tide are reportedly completing their staff with the addition of a record setting Group of Five coordinator.
