Multiple reports share today that Maurice Linguist has found his new offensive coordinator at Buffalo.
Dave Patenaude, the former offensive coordinator at Georgia Tech, is set to join the staff as the Bulls new offensive play caller, per multiple reports.
Patenaude most recently served as an analyst at Virginia.
The veteran college coach has a number of stops as an offensive play caller including Old Dominion, Hofstra, Georgetown, Coastal Carolina and Temple in addition to his three seasons at Georgia Tech.
He becomes the program's second offensive coordinator in less than three seasons, taking the place of DJ Mangas.
Mangas left earlier this month to pursue another coaching opportunity.
Patenaude takes over an offense where their two-year starter at quarterback announced earlier this week that he is entering the transfer portal following a 3-9 season.
