Last year, in the name of continuing to build on the coaching community's unique camaraderie, we put together and ESPN Tournament Bracket Challenge, and we decided to do the same thing this year.
Games officially start Tuesday and Wednesday with the play-in games featuring Mount St. Mary's vs. New Orleans and Kansas State vs Wake Forest on Tuesday and NC Centreal vs. UC Davis and Providence vs. USC on Wednesday before the real action kicks off just after noon Eastern time of Thursday.
To join in on the fun, head over to the ESPN Tournament Challenge and join FootballScoop 2017 to get started. The password for the group is PerSource (case sensitive - so type exactly as you see it). It is absolutely FREE to enter, so there's no excuse for your interns and graduate assistants to NOT get on board too.
Once the play-in games are done, and the round of 64 tips off (12:15 to be exact on Thursday), brackets (limited to a maximum of 3 per person) are locked in.
We’re just doing this solely for fun (and in the never ending quest for that perfect bracket) and to further promote camaraderie within our great profession, so make your picks, keep track of the leaderboard, talk a bit (or a lot) of trash, and have some extra fun with your fellow coaches in the office, and around the country, with the NCAA tournament.
