Syracuse: Kimberly Keenan-Kirkpatrick has been announced as deputy director of athletics, and Rhonda McFarland as associate athletics director of finance.
Central Florida: Interim AD George O'Leary has announced two promotions and one hiring. Brad Stricklin is now the executive senior associate AD/chief financial officer, and John Kvatek is now the senior associate AD of external relations. Matt DiFebo has returned to the department as senior associate AD/chief revenue officer.
Penn State: Andrea Wickerham has been announced as associate AD for human resources.
Oregon State: Jeff Keisler is the new associate AD for sales, service and ticket operations.
