Former Ohio State linebacker AJ Hawk (who has enjoyed a solid NFL career with the Packers, and now the Bengals) was at a celebrity golf outing recently when a fan emerged who was practically begging to take a hit from him.
We're not just talking any hit here either. The fan wanted the "I'm-a-receiver-going-up-for-a-high-pass-in-linebacker-territory" treatment. The result was bone jarring.
You couldn't pay most people enough money to take that hit, and that guy did it willingly. That's insane.
