UAB: Per source, Heath Thomas will be the new special teams coordinator for Bill Clark's program (once HR paperwork can be finalized). Thomas served as director of player development on the 2014 team.
Pittsburgh Steelers: The Steelers have announced a two year extension for GM Kevin Colbert (through the 2018 draft).
West Virginia Wesleyan (D-II): Former Bluefield College(NAIA) defensive line coach Russell Norton has accepted the same position at (D-II) West Virginia Wesleyan College.
Mississippi State: Kevin Roberts has been promoted to defensive grad assistant at Mississippi State.
Arizona Western College (JC): Located in Yuma, Arizona, Arizona Western is searching for a LB’s coach. This is a part-time position with a stipend of $6,800 plus housing. Responsibilities will include recruiting and coaching your own position. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, collegiate playing experience and or coaching experience, excellent communication and leadership skills.
