A photo of a new Florida Atlantic helmet popped up on the Internet today. It's a chrome, all red helmet; I think it's a stylish look, even if it does resemble an oversized Christmas ornament.
As always, take caution with these kinds of helmet reveals. Nothing's official until it shows up on the field. But, with a new head coach on the scene and the expansion of FAU's wardrobe closet of late, this feels like it would fall in line with the Owls' uniform progression.
