Coach Collin Drafts took over as head coach at East River High School in Orlando, FL in January. Team was 1-9 last year and won 8 games in 4 years.
From Coach Drafts, "Our staff is working tirelessly to change the culture here. We opened up our season with a 20-6 win over our rival University High School which we haven't beaten in 6 years. Here's an awesome video of the kids buying in, working together, and experiencing the pay off after Friday night. We call it - 'Pay Day Friday' and we say we plan to have a party in the locker room after every game."
