Innovative ways to use video within your program (Featured)

The irony is that you are reading this on a website; but the reality is that everything is headed towards video. Fans, prospects, parents, players, coaches....they / we all crave video highlights, real time action. Video evokes emotion in ways the written word simply can not.

We all know the quality of highlight videos has improved substantially over the past few years; but often times simply live video streamed directly from a phone is all anyone wants. They just want a glimpse...

With that said, we've recently noticed some very ways programs have been using video to connect with their constituents. Have a look:

Beginning of Practice: @RiceFootball uses Periscope live video to show the first 10 or so minutes of stretch each morning, often concluding with some words of wisdom Coach Bailiff shares with his squad.

End of Practice: Oregon Football uses Facebook Live to allow Mark Helfrich to update folks on their day.

After Practice: Kliff Kingsbury wowed, well, everybody with this gem from his quarterback at practice yesterday.

These all seem like very easy & effective ways of delivering video your fans, prospects, players, etc...will all be excited to consume. Feed the beast!
