Beaver players get a wake up call at 7am and head to breakfast before getting taped and heading to meetings. After that, it's off to practice, followed by a workout, and dip in the cold tub, and then fueling up with lunch. Then its off to meeting again, a second practice, and dinner and then rehab / prehab, all while squeezing in some film study before heading to bed and doing it all over the next day.
These types of videos are always great insight for fans and recruits to get a glimpse of what it's like to experience camp from a player's perspective.
Earlier this week, Zach shadowed first-year North Texas head coach Seth Littrell for a day in the life embedded in the Mean Green's first day of fall camp, so head here to read that experience.
