5 friendly wagers we'd like to see between FBS coaches for the 2015 season

While going through the ESPN Car Wash the other day, Steve Spurrier and Kevin Sumlin made a friendly $10 wager on whose defense would be more improved this fall after both coaches saw their defenses rank towards the bottom of the SEC last season.

That got us to wondering what other bets we'd like to see between coaches, which prompted some rather interesting ideas. Instead of putting $10 on the line, we put our own twist on things.

Got a suggestion on what the winners should get, or what the losers should have to do? Let us know @FootballScoop.

UrbanDabo

Urban Meyer (Ohio State) and Dabo Swinney (Clemson)
Wager:
Who made the better offensive coordinator promotion this past offseason?
Implications: The loser has to go an entire presser impersonating Steve Spurrier.

JohnsonFritz

Paul Johnson (Georgia Tech) and Willie Fritz (Georgia Southern)
Wager:
Who can have the most 10+ play drives that result in touchdowns (a.k.a the "impose your will" drives)
Implications: Meet in the middle, loser has to arrange golf for the winner at Augusta National. [Yeah, we know Fritz isn't much of a golfer but, come on, it's Augusta.]

MuschampSmartBanner

Will Muschamp (Auburn) and Kirby Smart (Alabama)
Wager:
Which defensive coordinator can post the most three-and-outs during SEC play?
Implications: Loser has to grill steaks for the winner and his family at the lake house in the off-season

FrostBriles

Kendal Briles (Baylor) vs. Scott Frost (Oregon)
Wager:
Which offense will have more explosive plays (plays of 10+, 20+, 30+, etc.) in 2015?
Implications: Loser has to tweet a great quote about the other's offense (might make for some nice new artwork)

DiazGibbs

Manny Diaz (Mississippi State) and David Gibbs (Texas Tech)
Wager:
Which defense will cause more turnovers in 2015?
Implications: Let's make this one interesting. Manny & State win and Gibbs and Kliff Kingsbury have to come to Stark Vegas as a special guest at Mississippi State's ladies clinic. If Techs win, Diaz and Mullen have to make a trip to Lubbock for the Texas Tech women's clinic as guest coaches.
