Watch how Eastern Michigan is using social media to attract the attention of the Bowl Selection Committee (chris creighton)

With their 28-20 win over Kent State on Saturday, Eastern Michigan won their seventh game for the second time under head coach Chris Creighton. Pretty impressive turnaround in Ypsilanti.

Creighton took over one of the most downtrodden programs in major college football back in 2014, and after seasons with 2 wins, and 1 win, respectively, they finished the 2016 regular season 7-5 before a loss in the Bahamas Bowl. The program narrowly missed a bowl game last year at 5-7, but are back at bowl eligible this season.

You may remember, back in Week two, EMU staged an upset at Purdue. A few weeks later the Boilermakers put on a show against Ohio State, handing the Buckeyes their only loss of the season to date.

Just to make sure the Bowl Selection committee doesn't forget about them, Creighton and the EMU Football account tweeted this message at them.

Nice, fun, strategy here.
