Temple: The Temple University Football Strength and Conditioning Staff is looking for qualified strength and conditioning interns for the 2018 spring semester. Responsibilities include: assisting with the supervision and training of Temple University’s football program, assisting with daily administrative and maintenance duties and other duties as assigned by the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. This is an unpaid internship. However, candidates will receive Division I Intercollegiate experience, college credit towards graduation if applicable and will be involved in the CSCCa mentorship program necessary to achieve the SCCC certification. Preferred qualifications: Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in exercise physiology or related field; NSCA-CSCS or USAW certifications; CPR certification. Experience in a Strength and Conditioning Program or having previous collegiate athletics experience is preferred. Having a background in performing and coaching Olympic lifts is preferred. Southern: Southern University Strength & Conditioning is now accepting applications for an internship for the 2018 spring semester. This position is unpaid but will receive FREE HOUSING. This position will be working with both football and Olympic sports. Candidates should have CSCS/ and or CSCCA, USAW, and at least 1 year experience as an intern or GA at the college level.
