Mount Union: Sources tell FootballScoop Mount Union plans to fill the defensive line position from within the staff.
Sam Houston: Earlier in the day there was a report that Tim Cramsey would be the new OC at Sam Houston. Sources there tell us that Cramsey is one of the candidates but no decisions have been made.
Minnesota: Mississippi State safeties coach Maurice Linguist has accepted the defensive backs position at Minnesota source tells FootballScoop.
UConn: Auburn offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee is leaving to take the same role at UConn the program has announced. ESPN's Brett McMurphy reports that Lashlee has agreed to a 3 year deal worth $350,000 per year.
Montana: Outside receivers coach Nolan Swett won't return to the program reports Kyle Sample of SkylineSports. Sample adds that Idaho State OC Matt Troxel is a strong candidate for the position.
San Jose State: Contra Costa College (CC - CA) head coach Alonzo Carter is joining Brent Brennan's staff at San Jose State as running backs coach sources tell FootballScoop. Also, Oregon State offensive quality control Kevin Cummings is joining the staff as receivers coach.
South Florida: Mike Giglio has joined the staff as director of player personnel. He worked under the same capacity on Charlie Strong's Texas staff.
UCLA: Offensive coordinator Jedd Fisch's contract is out and here is the short version... full version is available on BruinsNation.com. Two year deal. Fisch is receiving a signing bonus of $150,000. His annual salary + "talent fee" is $494,000. Should he remain employed on December 15, 2017 he will get another $156,000. Further, should he remain employed on June 15, 2018 he will get another $150,000. And finally should he remain on staff through December 15, 2018 he will get another $156,000. There is a noticeable clause...should Jim Mora no longer be the head coach at UCLA Fisch's contract would then terminate 30 days after a new head coach is hired.
San Jose State: Sources tell FootballScoop Nebraska director of player personnel Ryan Gunderson will join the San Jose State staff coaching quarterbacks.
Mount Union: Source tells FootballScoop Mount Union is promoting defensive line coach Tyler Funk to offensive line. Hear there was considerable (read: overwhelming) interest in this position.

Nebraska: Nebraska has now announced that Mark Banker will not return and further announced director of player personnel Ryan Gunderson is leaving the program for another opportunity.
Rice: Nebraska corners coach Brian Stewart will be the new defensive coordinator at Rice ESPN's Sam Kahn and others are reporting.
Nebraska: Sources tell FootballScoop Mike Riley has decided that he will not renew the contract of defensive coordinator Mark Banker.
Minnesota: Western Michigan assistants Brian Callahan, Rob Wenger (special teams) and Matt Simon (WRs) will join PJ Fleck at Minnesota reports Joe Christensen. We hear Callahan is likely to coach tackles & tight ends.
Furman (FCS - SC): Charleston Southern defensive coordinator Chad Staggs is the new defensive coordinator at Furman sources tell FootballScoop. We hear CSU defensive line coach Skylor Magee is expected to join Staggs at Furman as well.
Ole Miss: New receivers coach Jacob Peeler will make $375,000 at Ole Miss. Chase Parham who covers the Rebels reports that he made $228,000 last year at Cal.
Wake Forest: Stony Brook defensive coordinator Lyle Hemphill has been announced as a defensive assistant. Hemphill was the 2015 FCS Coordinator of the Year.
Western Kentucky: Source tells FootballScoop Matt Mitchell will be the new receivers grad assistant at Western Kentucky. Mitchell was offensive intern and analyst at Notre Dame for the last 2 seasons.

Temple: Taver Johnson has now officially been named defensive coordinator, and Andrew Thacker has joined the staff as linebackers coach (Kennesaw State linebackers coach).
Texas: Former Baylor assistant DFO / defensive quality control assistant Casey Horny has joined the staff as a special teams quality control assistant.
Carolina Panthers: The Panthers are likely to promote Steve Wilks to defensive coordinator, multiple outlets have reported, while linebackers coach Al Holcomb is likely to follow Sean McDermott to Buffalo as his defensive coordinator.
Oregon: Andrew Greif of the Oregonian reports that USF director of player personnel David Kelly and head strength coach Irele Oderinde have joined the staff at Oregon.
Buffalo Bills: Carolina Panthers defensive coordinator Sean McDermott will be the new head coach of the Bills per multiple reports.
Denver Broncos: The Broncos have made it official, Vance Joseph is the new head coach of the Broncos.
Iowa: Sources tell FootballScoop running backs / special teams coordinator Chris White and receivers coach Bobby Kennedy will not have their contracts renewed. White has coached at Iowa the past four seasons and was with the Minnesota Vikings for four seasons prior to that coaching special teams. Kennedy has coached receivers the past 15 seasons at Iowa, Colorado, Texas and Washington and won the FootballScoop Receivers Coach of the Year in 2008 while at Texas.
San Jose State: North Dakota State defensive ends coach Jamar Cain will be the new defensive line coach at San Jose State reports Bruce Feldman of FoxSports.
Denver Broncos: ESPN is reporting the Broncos are closing in on a deal to make Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Vance Joseph their new head coach.
Southern Arkansas: William Jewell defensive coordinator Trent Figg is the new defensive coordinator at Southern Arkansas.
Cal: Sources tell FootballScoop Navy head coach Ken Niumatalolo has been contacted by Cal and is considered a strong candidate for the position. Several other programs have reached out to Niumatalolo over the past few seasons, including within the past month. None, so far, have been able to entice Niumatalolo to leave. Perhaps this will be the one... Will update as more is clear.
New York Jets: Former Rams assistant Dennard Wilson will join the Jets staff according to Jason La Canfora of CBSSports.
Cal: Bruce Feldman reported this AM that Vanderbilt head coach Derek Mason may be a candidate for the head job at Cal. Mason took to twitter to say there is nothing to that.
Notre Dame: Source tells FootballScoop Notre Dame is hiring Arizona State tight ends coach DelVaughn Alexander to fill their receivers position.
Arizona State: Source tells FootballScoop Todd Graham is hiring former Baylor defensive coordinator Phil Bennett in the same capacity at Arizona State. Bennett, the former SMU head coach, has coordinated the defense at Baylor, Pitt, K-State, TCU, A&M, and the list goes on and on.
AFCA: The AFCA announced Wednesday its endorsement of an early signing date on the third Wednesday in December and unanimous approval of a 10th assistant coach.
Louisville: With Todd Grantham off to Mississippi State, sources tell FootballScoop Louisville will hire Peter Sirmon as defensive coordinator. More details here.
Mississippi State: Louisville defensive coordinator Todd Grantham will be Mississippi State's new defensive coordinator, according to Pete Thamel of SI. Update: The Bulldogs have announced the hire.
NFL: League owners and executives are meeting today in New York, and a resolution on the Chargers' and Raiders' future homes could be announced.
South Florida: Assistant head coach/defensive coordinator Raymond Woodie has announced he will not return to the staff and is considering other options. An announcement could come in the next few days.
Louisville: Louisville will hire Lorenzo Ward as defensive backs coach, sources tell FootballScoop. Ward spent the 2016 season as defensive coordinator at Fresno State, and prior to that spent seven years as the defensive coordinator at South Carolina.
Cincinnati: Luke Fickell has formally announced Joker Phillips as wide receivers coach and Jon Tenuta as safeties coach.
Lafayette: Former NFL quarterback and IMG Academy coach Rich Bartel has accepted the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks job at Lafayette, according to Bruce Feldman of Fox Sports.
College Football Playoff: The CFP's board of managers has announced an extension for executive director Bill Hancock, running through 2020.
Independence CC (KS): Independence CC has hired Utah State GA Maona Latu as linebackers coach.
Wyoming: Scottie Hazelton has been announced as defensive coordinator.
Abilene Christian: Matthew Newton has been hired as ACU's assistant offensive line coach. He was previously a GA at Hardin-Simmons.
Birmingham-Southern College (D-III - AL): Morehead State defensive backs coach John Perin has been hired as defensive coordinator, a source tell FootballScoop.
Wisconsin-La Crosse (D-III): UW-Platteville co-defensive coordinator Matt Janus has been hired as defensive coordinator, a source tells FootballScoop.
Texas Lutheran (D-III): Per source, former Missouri Valley assistant and Central Methodist head coach Jody Ford will be the new defensive backs coach and special teams coordinator at TLU.
East Carolina: Coordinator of football administration Sedrick Irvin is leaving the staff for Miami High School in Miami.
Florida Atlantic: Lane Kiffin is "likely to hire" South Florida defensive line coach Eric Mathies to coach the same spot for the Owls and has also hired former UCF running back Kevin Smith, likely as running backs coach, according to Owl Access.
Mercyhurst (D-II - PA): Mercyhurst is no longer accepting resumes for their defensive graduate assistant position. Thank you for the overwhelming interest in the position.
Buffalo Bills: Panthers defensive coordinator Sean McDermott has a second interview with the Bills today, per Ian Rapoport.
Arkansas State: Per source, with Dan Dodd off to Lamar, look for Blake Anderson to bring Maryland graduate assistant Kyle Cefalo back to fill the tight ends job.
