Penn State: Closing his post-practice availability on Wednesday, James Franklin said, via Josh Moyer of the Centre Daily Times, he has "all the plans in the world to be here and to be here for a long time, so I just wanted to address that because it became something that I did not want it to be or did not intend." This is in response to his very different answer to questions earlier this week about a possible USC opening.
