Chicago Bears: Limestone College (D-II - SC) head coach Mike Furrey is leaving to become the wide receivers for the Bears, the team has announced.

Green Bay Packers: Frank Cignetti has been hired to coach the teams quarterbacks, per multiple reports. Cignetti's past coaching stops include Fresno State, North Carolina, Cal, Pitt, and Rutgers before jumping to the NFL where he coached with the 49ers, Rams, and Giants.

Chicago Bears: It's official - Vic Fangio will remain with the team as defensive coordinator.

Nevada: Tommy Perry has been announced as the program's new 10th assistant coach and his title will be special teams coordinator after spending the 2017 season as a senior special teams analyst.

Cincinnati Bengals: The organization has announced Alex Van Pelt as quarterbacks coach, Daronte Jones as cornerbacks coach, and Matt Raich as defensive assistant.

ECU: Daric Riley, who spent the past three seasons at SMU where he worked as a quality control assistant and special teams analyst, has joined the ECU staff as safeties coach. Riley previously served as the special teams coordinator and outside linebackers coach under Bill Clark at UAB, and Jacksonville State.

Ellsworth (CC - IA): Coffeyville offensive coordinator Tony Haynes is the new head coach at Ellsworth.

Penn State: Army wide receivers coach David Corley has been hired as Penn State's new running backs coach. Prior to Army, Corley coached the running backs for two seasons at UConn, and the receivers for one year.

Georgia Tech: Wofford defensive coordinator Shiel Wood has been hired as safeties coach, the school has announced.

Oakland Raiders: The Raiders have formally announced a few members of Jon Gruden's staff. Rich Bisaccia will serve as assistant head coach / special teams coordinator, Greg Olson will be the offensive coordinator, and Paul Guenther will be the team's defensive coordinator.

App State: Defensive line coach Mark Ivey has added the title of assistant head coach.

Amherst (D-III - MA): Amherst College seeks an Intern Assistant Coach of Football working with the running backs. Salary range for the job is between $16k-$18k. The Intern Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all phases of the Football Program including coaching your own position, film-breakdown, scouting reports, recruitment of student-athletes, and other duties to be assigned. The position requires an understanding of the role of intercollegiate athletics in a highly competitive academic environment: strong recruiting, teaching, and coaching skills; and commitment to NESCAC and NCAA policies. Texas: Former Texas A&M offensive coordinator Noel Mazzone is joining the staff at Texas in a quality control role tweets Anwar Richardson who covers UT. Anwar adds assistant director of player personnel Bryan Carrington is expected to be promoted to the 10th assistant "on an interim basis" to help with recruiting. Update: Bruce Feldman says to tap the breaks on Mazzone coming to Texas, tweeting that the report is "very premature." Bruce adds things are very fluid...translated as Noel has this offer but is waiting to see if anything else comes his way. Stay tuned....

UConn: UConn has announced the addition of John Dunn as their new offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. Dunn, who spent the last two seasons with the Bears (first as offensive quality control coach and then an offensive assistant), has agreed to a two-year deal worth $300,000 per year. Dunn has prior experience coaching the tight ends and serving as recruiting coordinator on Randy Edsall's staff at Maryland, and prior to that was an offensive graduate assistant at LSU.

Miami Dolphins: Sources tell FootballScoop that defensive line coach Terrell Williams has been let go. Williams has previously coached the defensive line with the Raiders, and prior to that was at the college level at Texas A&M, Purdue, Akron, Youngstown State, and a few other stops.

New York Jets: USC corners coach Ronnie Bradford has interviewed with the Jets, per a tweet from Inside USC.

Chicago Bears: Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio is expected to remain with the Bears and new head coach Matt Nagy, per Brad Biggs. Adam Schefter adds that Fangio is getting a three-year deal.

Western Michigan: Terry Malone has been promoted to the 10th assistant position on Tim Lester's staff and will also have the title of assistant head coach. Malone spent last season as the director of player development and prior to that was the offensive coordinator and tight ends coach at Purdue while also spending nine seasons on the New Orleans Saints staff with Sean Payton working with the tight ends.

Oregon State: Mike Riley's salary at Oregon State is $50,000 tweets Erin Sorenson. This pay will reduce Riley's monthly check from Nebraska from $170,000 to approximately $166,000.

Oregon: Source tells FootballScoop Oregon head coach Mario Cristobal is making a strong run at Washington State running backs coach Jim Mastro. Mastro, considered one of the creators of the Pistol offense at Nevada where he spent 11 seasons, coached one year at UCLA before Mike Leach hired him when he arrived at Washington State. Mastro was selected by former winners as the 2010 FootballScoop Running Backs Coach of the Year and has been a finalist multiple times since.

Cincinnati Bengals: Lions assistant defensive line coach Matt Raich is joining Teryl Austin's defensive staff with the Bengals, per Dave Birkett.

Kansas: David Beaty has announced that he's promoting offensive analyst Justin Johnson to an on-field coaching role as a 10th assistant, while special teams coordinator Joe DeForest and offensive line coach Zach Yenser will not return.

Cleveland Browns: Adam Henry has been named wide receivers coach and Ken Zampese will coach the quarterbacks.

Nebraska: Parker Gabriel tweets the entire salary of Scott Frost's staff is as follows; DC Erik Chinander ($800k), OC Troy Walters ($700k), DL coach Mike Dawson ($475K), OL coach Greg Austin ($475k), OLBs coach / special teams coordinator Jovan Dewitt ($475k), TEs coach Sean Beckton ($400k), QBs coach Mario Verduzco ($375k), DBs coach Travis Fisher ($300k), RBs coach Ryan Held ($300k), ILBs coach Barrett Rudd ($200k) and strength coach Zach Duval ($375k).

LSU: Greg McMahon, who won a Super Bowl as a member of the Saints coaching staff (he was with the Saints 11 seasons), has been officially named special teams coordinator. McMahon spent this past season as an analyst for the Tigers.

Chicago Bears: Browns special teams coordinator Chris Tabor has joined the Bears. Tabor had led the special teams with the Browns since 2011.

Cleveland Browns: The Browns have formally parted ways with David Lee (QBs), Shawn Mennenga (ST assistant), Stan Watson (ST quality control) and Kirby Wilson (RBs / run game coordinator). Also, Al Saunders, who spent last year as senior offensive assistant / WRs coach, will transition into an advisory role with a new title of senior assistant / special projects. In addition,

Green Bay Packers: The Packers are hiring former Giants defensive line coach Patrick Graham, per Tom Silverstein. Graham previously coached the linebackers for the Patriots.

Nebraska: Inside linebackers coach Barrett Ruud's salary is $200,000, according to Parker Gabriel. Gabriel adds that the assistant coaching pool (for 10 assistants and strength coach Zach Duval) is $4,875,000.

UCLA: IMG Academy offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Nate Costa is joining Chip Kelly's staff as an offensive analyst, Bruce Feldman tweets. Costa played for Kelly at Oregon.

Texas A&M: The Aggies have formally announced Jerry Montgomery as associate head coach and defensive line coach.

Michigan: Central Michigan tight ends coach Sherrone Moore, who spent the last four seasons at CMU most recently as head coach and recruiting coordinator, is joining Jim Harbaugh's staff, per a report from MLive.

Buffalo Bills: The Bills have fired offensive coordinator Rick Dennison.

Fresno State: Jeff Tedford is getting a $200,000 bonus tied to the team's attendance for the 2017 season, Steve Berkowitz tweets. Tedford has earned a total of $850,000 in bonus money this season.

Northwestern State (FCS - LA): Former UTSA GA Anthony Scelfo will be the quarterbacks coach at Northwestern State, a source tells FootballScoop.

Michigan Tom VanHaaren tweets that Michigan assistant Chris Partridge was offered a position coaching the linebackers at Alabama, but has decided to turn down the offer, and that Partridge may be considering other opportunities as well.

Carolina Panthers: The Panthers have now announced the hiring of offensive coordinator Norv Turner.

Mount St. Joseph (D-III - OH): MSJ has an immediate opening for a defensive backs coaching position for the upcoming spring and fall season. Bachelor’s degree required and previous playing and/or coaching experience preferred. Selected candidate will be responsible for coaching defensive backs, a recruiting territory, HUDL, and other daily operations. This position does have an available stipend, but does NOT include housing or benefits so local candidates would be preferred. South Carolina: Will Muschamp has promoted Kyle Krantz to the Gamecocks 10th assistant position. Krantz spent the past two seasons as a defensive analyst and has worked with Muschamp at both Florida and Auburn.

University of Charleston (D-II - WV): The University of Charleston is seeking undergraduate student assistants for the upcoming season, possible spring or fall start. This is a great opportunity for those looking to get into coaching and gain valuable experience. Responsibilities will include on field and equipment managerial duties, film break down and other duties assigned. Tuition assistance will be available for those selected. Colorado State: Yesterday we reported John Jancek had a spot, possibly defensive coordinator. Today, sources tell us Jancek will indeed be defensive coordinator for Mike Bobo's squad.

South Carolina: Will Muschamp has a new six-year deal, worth $4.2 million the first year with $200k escalators each successive year. Muschamp's buyout for the first year is set at $4 million, per The Post and Courier. Muschamp's original deal was for five-years and worth $3 million with $100k escalators each year. In addition, new offensive coordinator Bryan McClendon has received a two-year extension worth $650k annually, defensive coordinator Travaris Robinson has got a 3-year extension worth $1.2 million per year, and offensive line coach Eric Wolford and assistant head coach / defensive line coach Lance Thomson have got two-year extensions while Mike Peterson (OLBs), Bobby Bentley (RBs), Coleman Hutzler (STC / LBs), and Pat Washington (TEs) have all got one-year extensions. Also, head strength and conditioning coach Jeff Dillman has received a 2-year extension and will now make $425,000 annually. Additional salary information is as follows, per the report; DC Travaris Robinson ($1.2 million), OC Bryan McClendon ($650k), DL / assistant HC Lance Thomason ($550k), OL Eric Wolford ($600k), STC / LBs Coleman Hutzler ($475k), OLBs Mike Peterson ($300k), TEs Pat Washington ($300k), QBs Dan Werner ($500k), 10th assistant Kyle Krantz ($125k).

Alabama: Michigan linebackers coach/special teams coordinator Chris Partridge and West Virginia cornerbacks coach Doug Belk, a former Tide GA, are candidates to fill Alabama's open defensive position, according to Matt Zenitz of AL.com.

Please join us in praying for former Methodist University head coach Jim Sypult, who passed away Monday while on vacation in Peru. Sypult coached the Monarchs from 1992-2010 and prior to that was an assistant at Davidson and Middle Tennessee State.

Central Michigan: John Bonamego's 5-year extension will pay him $655,900 with raises of $10,000 each year and an annual $50,000 retention bonus, according to Central Michigan Life.

South Carolina: The Board of Trustees is meeting today to approve new contracts for Will Muschamp and his staff, per report from Post and Courier.

Northern Illinois: Northern Illinois is seeking applicants for a Football Graphics / Video GA. Qualified applicants will be proficient in the use of social media marketing(Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat), graphic design (Photoshop), football video management (DVSport), video production (Adobe Premiere/After Effects), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio). Michigan: Al Washington has a two-year deal worth $350,000 (with a $250,000 raise in 2019) and will coach the linebackers and special teams, and Dan Enos will work with the wide receivers, the Toledo Blade notes, adding that Chris Partridge (who coached the inside linebackers last season) has also fielded interest from Alabama about joining their staff, and will likely move to coaching the safeties in Ann Arbor if he remains with the Wolverines.

Chicago Bears: Matt Nagy has formally announced the additions of Mark Helfrich as offensive coordinator, Chris Tabor as special teams coordinator, and Charles London as running backs coach.

Oakland Raiders: Tee Martin has interviewed for an assistant coaching spot on Jon Gruden's staff, per InsideSoCal. PFT adds that it was likely an interview to coach the wide receivers.

Arizona: Source tells FootballScoop one of the candidates DHR has supported throughout this search has been Navy head coach Ken Niumatalolo. A hire is coming soon. Will be interesting to see if Arizona decides Ken is the right man for the job; and if they can get a deal done. Stay tuned...
