Michigan State and Notre Dame renew their rivalry tomorrow night after a three-year absence. The meeting tomorrow between the two programs marks the 50th anniversary of what many college football fans still call "The Game of the Century" from 1966 which ended in a 10-10 tie.
The rivalry is known for many close games that have gone down to the wire and perhaps none are more memorable than the 2010 fake field goal in overtime called "Little Giants" that Mark Dantonio called to knock off the Irish.
It's a play that will live forever in college football history as one of the gutsiest calls ever.
With the big match up tomorrow, Dantonio sat down with ESPN and actually diagrammed the play call and thought process behind it.
It's not very often you get a head coach to diagram a trick play and tell the story that led up to it on camera, so enjoy.
