Miami Dolphins: The Dolphins are adding Ryan Crow as outside linebackers coach Albert Breer has shared. Crow coached for the Titans the past six seasons.

Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles are hiring Bobby King as inside linebackers coach sources share. King has previously coached linebackers with the Titans, Texans, Chargers and elsewhere.

Washington Commanders: Sources tell FootballScoop Washington Commanders assistant quarterbacks coach John Tomlinson will not be retained with Dan Quinn's new staff.

Auburn: Sources tell FootballScoop Hugh Freeze plans to promote Vontrell King-Williams to defensive line coach (focusing on the interior guys). King-Williams has been on staff as an analyst and formerly worked with the defensive line at both Eastern Michigan and Liberty.

PennWest Edinboro (D-II - PA): PennWest Edinboro is accepting applicants for offensive coordinator. All interested applicants should email head coach Jake Nulph at jmnulph@pennwest.edu with their resume and references.

Las Vegas Raiders: Former Jags defensive coordinator Mike Caldwell is joining the staff as run game coordinator / linebackers coach, per NFL Network.

Virginia Tech: The Hokies have announced that all 10 of their assistant coaches have received contract extensions, along with senior director of strength and conditioning Dwight Galt. Coordinators Tyler Bowen, Chris Marve and Stu Holt each inked extensions taking them through March 1, 2027. The other seven assistants have deals going through March 1, 2026 with Galt's going through June 30, 2026.

Buffalo Bills: The team has formally announced the hires (which have been previously reported) of Ronald Curry (QBs), Jahmile Addae (CBs) and Christian Taylor (defensive quality control).

Wingate (D-II - NY): App State quality offensive quality control coach Trey Kavanaugh is joining the staff. Details here.

Iowa State: Colby Kratch, who spent last season at North Texas coaching the linebackers, has been named linebackers coach. Before joining the UNT staff, Kratch was a six-year member of the Cyclones staff, rising from graduate assistant to assistant director of player personnel before leaving for the Mean Green.

New York Giants: Charlie Bullen has left the staff after one season to become an assistant with the Giants. He is the fourth assistant to leave the Illini this off season. Also, offensive coordinator Mike Kafka has added the assistant head coach title, secondary coach Jerome Henderson has added defensive passing game coordinator responsibilities, and quarterbacks coach Shea Tierney is now pass game coordinator while Titans inside linebackers assistant has joined the organization as a defensive assistant.

Tulsa: Kevin Wilson says there's no NIL available to Tulsa recruits, but they will get yelled at.

North Carolina: Special teams analyst Jamael Lett and quality control Tim McGrath will not return, sources tell FootballScoop.

Buffalo Bills: Miami secondary coach Jahmile Addae is joining the staff as corners coach, per Jonathan Jones. Before joining the 'Canes, Addae was at Georgia.

Cleveland Browns: Albert Breer shares that the Browns are hiring former Seahawks offensive line coach Andy Dickerson as their new offensive line coach. He fills the role of Bill Callahan, who left to join his son's staff with the Titans.

Kennesaw State: Sources tell FootballScoop the Owls are adding a former SEC assistant to the staff in Cameron Norcross.

McNeese (FCS): McNeese State University has an opening for a paid offensive Quality Control position. The position will work primarily with the offensive line. Previous offensive line experience (playing or coaching) is preferred as is experience with XOS and Microsoft programs (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, etc). This position will also work directly with the Head Coach and the offensive staff with any other duties as assigned. Dallas Cowboys: The team has blocked a request by the Commanders to interview tight ends coach Lunda Wells about their offensive line job, per Ian Rapoport.

Oklahoma Panhandle State (NAIA): OPSU is in search of an assistant football/track coach. This is a dual sport position and must have experience coaching track. We are looking for the best overall fit so will evaluate all candidates regardless of positions previously coached. The salary is 26,500 and comes with a housing allowance. New England Patriots: Houston Texans associate director of football administration Bobby Brown is heading back to New England in an executive role, per Aaron Wilson. Brown previously worked in Foxborough as associate director of football administration.

Seattle Seahawks: Jeremy Fowler shares that Cowboys defensive line coach Aden Durde spoke with the Seahawks about their defensive coordinator role. Durde is also a candidate for the Cowboys opening at DC.

Texas: Steve Sarkisian said he expects "several" additions to the Longhorns personnel staff after making four promotions on Tuesday.

Dallas Cowboys: The Cowboys are trending toward experience over innovation at defensive coordinator heading into a make-or-break year for Mike McCarthy.

Wheaton (D-III - IL): Wheaton College is looking for a scrimmage sometime between August 23-31. If interested email michael.swider.16@wheaton.edu.

Clark Atlanta (D-II - GA): Arthur Williams has joined the staff as running backs coach.

St. Thomas (FCS - MN): The University of St. Thomas is looking to fill a restricted earnings tight end position. In addition to coaching the position group, this person will assist with breakdowns, recruiting, data input, and other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach. New England Patriots: Miami GM Alonzo Highsmith is leaving for a front office role with that Patriots, per multiple reports.

Hanover (D-III - IN): Hanover College is accepting applications for a full- time (10 month) Defensive Coordinator/Linebacker Football Coach. New England Patriots: Jonathan Jones shares that the Patriots are targeting TC McCartney as their next quarterbacks coach. He most recently coached the tight ends for the Browns, but coached the quarterbacks for the Broncos in 2019.

Harvard (FCS - MA): The head coaching search at Harvard is down to four finalists, per The Harvard Crimson. Two of the internal candidates are assistant head coach / defensive coordinator Scott Larkee and assistant head coach / quarterbacks coach Joel Lamb (both Harvard grads) and then South Carolina offensive analyst Sean Ryan and Rutgers tight ends coach Andrew Aurich. The selected candidate will step in for Tim Murphy, who recently announced his retirement after 30 years with the team.

Buffalo Bills: Former Saints quarterbacks coach / passing game coordinator Ronald Curry is expected to land in Buffalo, per Aaron Wilson.

Anderson (D-III - IN): Anderson University is seeking applicants for a graduate assistant and an intern position on the defensive side of the ball. These are entry level positions. Responsibilities will include on field coaching, recruiting, and other tasks assigned by head coach and defensive coordinator. Merrimack (FCS - MA): Nik Kessel has been named special teams coordinator / linebackers coach after previously serving in the same role at Assumption (D-II - MA).

Cisco College (JC - TX) : Cisco College has an opening for an offensive skill position coach. Responsibilities include coaching your position group, recruiting, and assisting with all aspects of the program as assigned by the head coach. The position comes with RA duties and must live in dorms. Free on campus housing and meals with full health and retirement benefits available. Tampa Bay Bucs: According to multiple reports, Saints assistant offensive line coach Kevin Carberry is joining the team as offensive line coach.

Green Bay Packers: Former Chargers defensive coordinator Derrick Ansley is heading to Green Bay as defensive pass game coordinator, per Jeremy Fowler.

Indianapolis Colts: Former Eagles quarterbacks coach Alex Tanney is set to join the offensive staff, per Jeremy Fowler.

New Orleans Saints: Jeff Duncan shares quarterbacks coach / pass game coordinator Ronald Curry is leaving the organization to head elsewhere.

Western New Mexico State (D-II): Western New Mexico State University is no longer seeking applicants for their defensive coordinator job. Thanks for the interest.

Green Bay: Sources tell FootballScoop Miami (OH) receivers coach / passing game coordinator Myles White is expected to join the Packers' staff as an offensive assistant

Texas: The Longhorns have announced the following promotions; Brandon Harris (from director of recruiting to general manager), Taylor Searels (from director of recruiting operations to director of recruiting), John Michael Jones (from assistant director of player personnel to director of player personnel), and Kyndal Perry (recruiting operations coordinator to director of recruiting operations).

Baylor: Former Houston special teams coordinator Mark Scott is expected to join the Bears staff, sources tell FootballScoop.

Miami: South Florida associate head coach / run game coordinator / running backs coach Matt Merritt is expected to join the 'Canes staff in the same capacity, per Matt Zenitz.

Northwestern: Former Michigan State interim head coach Harlan Barnett is expected to join the Northwestern staff working with the defensive backs 247 sports is reporting.

Tampa Bay Bucs: Iowa special teams coordinator LeVar Woods - the 2023 FootballScoop Special Teams Coordinator of the Year - and Saints assistant special teams coach Phil Galiano have both interviewed for the special teams coordinator position.

Montana (FCS): Joe Pawlak, who spent the past five seasons at North Dakota (FCS), has been named offensive line coach.

LA Rams: Sean McVay is reportedly bringing in an ACC coordinator to interview for a spot on staff.

Delaware Valley (D-III - PA): Delaware Valley University has an immediate opening for a Defensive Coordinator / Linebackers position. Preferred candidates will have prior experience coordinating. Candidates will be responsible for Coordinating the defense, Coaching linebackers, on the road recruiting in a specific area, film editing/breakdown (HUDL), and all other duties assigned by the head football coach. McKendree (D-II - IL): Mckendree University is a Division 2 program located in Lebanon, IL about 25 minutes east of St. Louis. We are looking for a defensive graduate assistant who is available to start as soon as possible. Position is a 10 month position that will pay $7,000 with some meals provided. Will have opportunity to coach and run own position room as well as have a designated recruiting area. Will be asked to help with other aspects of the program as well.
