Jacksonville: The Jaguars are hiring Minnesota assistant offensive coordinator Grant Udinski as their new offensive coordinator. Udinski was asked to interview for offensive coordinator positions with five different NFL teams over the past month.
Los Angeles Rams: The Rams are retaining pass game specialist Nate Scheelhaase multiple outlets are reporting. The Jaguars showed interest in Scheelhaase for their offensive coordinator position; but he's staying with the Rams.
Las Vegas Raiders: The Raiders plan to hire former Bears receivers coach Chris Beatty as their receivers coach CBS Sports is reporting.
Arkansas State: Butch Jones is promoting linebackers coach Griffin McCarley to defensive coordinator.
Las Vegas Raiders: The Raiders are seeking to hire Notre Dame running backs coach Deland McCullough Matt Freeman has shared.
Cleveland Browns: Giants assistant quarterbacks coach Christian Jones is expected to interview for the tight ends job, per Mike Garafolo. Jones previously met with the Browns about the quarterbacks job, and previously worked with Kevin Stefanski with the Vikings.
Army: Deputy athletics director Tom Theodorakis is expected to earn the promotion to the athletic director post, per multiple outlets.
New Haven (D-II - CT): Sources tell FootballScoop New Haven is adding a new defensive coordinator to the staff, and he comes with SEC experience.
Long Island University (FCS): LIU has an offensive assistant position open. This position would coach either running backs / receivers or tight ends depending on best fit. Recruiting coordinator experience and special teams experience is preferred. Full benefits, 12-month position. Florida: Washington linebackers coach Robert Bala is expected to join the Gators staff as co-defensive coordinator / linebackers coach, sources confirm to FootballScoop. CBS Sports reporting the same.
New England Patriots: Mike Vrabel, the first head coach to be hired this cycle, is also the first to complete his coaching staff.

LSU: The program has formally announced former Florida State offensive coordinator Alex Atkins as the new tight ends coach / run game coordinator. Also, Oregon offensive analyst Antonio Parks has joined the LSU staff in the same capacity.
New England Patriots: Longtime offensive line coach Dante Scarnecchia is back working with the team in an advisor-type role, Bill O'Brien shared in a recent podcast appearance.
Penn State: The Nittany Lions are adding a record-setting FCS head coach to their staff, sources tell Footballscoop.
Illinois College (D-III - IL): Illinois College is seeking applications to fill two Restricted Earnings Assistant Football Coaches. This coach will serve as an Defensive Assistant with preference given to candidates with (DL & DB) experience. Central Michigan: Matt Drinkall has announced the additions of Derek Fulton (co-OC / TEs), Hayden Mace (OL), Sheldon Croney (RBs), Wes Fleming (safeties) and Christian Dukes (CBs).
Bemidji State (D-II - MN): Shevin Smith has accepted the corners job with the Beavers, per source. The former Baylor defensive back spent last season as a recruiting assistant at Nebraska.
Northwestern (NAIA - IA): Northwestern College anticipates having two coaching positions available. ($25,000 to $30,000) One on each side of the ball. Preference will be for secondary and offensive line candidates, but the best available coaches will be considered. Both roles will work directly with their respective coordinator to recruit, coach, and mentor young men in our championship level program. NWC has played in 3 of the last 5 national championship games. Northwestern is an intentionally Christian college and seeks candidates who will support and live out our mission. Concord (D-II - WV): Justin Zimmerman has accepted the offensive coordinator job. Zimmerman previously served as offensive coordinator at West Virginia Wesleyan (D-II).
Penn State: Shane Eachus and Brent Zdebski, who have both worked with new defensive coordinator Jim Knowles previously, have joined the staff as analysts.
New England Patriots: Mike Smith, who most recently worked with the outside linebackers in Green Bay and with the Vikings, is joining the Patriots staff in the same capacity, per Mike Reiss.
Dallas Cowboys: Bryan Bing is the new assistant defensive line coach in Dallas. He becomes the fourth former Bears assistant to join Matt Eberflus with the team.
New York Jets: Rob Paton is leaving his role as a college scout with the Broncos to become the co-director of player personnel, per Mike Klis.
Ohio State: Ryan Day is filling his offensive line job with another Power 4 offensive coordinator, sources tell FootballScoop.
Assumption (D-II - MA): Assumption has named Evan Eastburn the program's new offensive coordinator.

Butler CC (JC - KS): Per source, Mary Hardin-Baylor (D-III - TX) offensive line coach Alex Farah has joined the staff as offensive line coach / run game coordinator.
Tampa Bay Bucs: Former Texas, Louisville and USF head coach Charlie Strong has reportedly landed a position with the Bucs.
West Virginia Wesleyan (D-II): West Virginia Wesleyan is accepting applications for a full-time Offensive Coordinator. Preferred candidates will have prior experience coordinating the offense at the collegiate level as well as playing/coaching the QB position. This position will be responsible for coordinating the offense, holding group/individual meetings, managing recruiting areas and other duties assigned by the Head Coach. Requirements include college coaching and recruiting experience. Review of candidates will begin immediately. Arkansas: Demerick Gary has joined the staff as Sr. quality control analyst working with the defensive line source shares.
North Dakota State (FCS): Sam Ojuri, a former Bison player, is back with the program as their new running backs coach. Ojuri played for NDSU from 2009-2013, leading the team in rushing for the 2011, 2012 and 2013 FCS title teams, and returns to the staff after four seasons coaching the running backs at Illinois State (FCS).
New York Jets: Rich Cimini shares that Phil Savage, who served as interim GM after the firing of Joe Douglas, is remaining with the team in a consulting role while senior director of football strategy Dave Socie and Greg Nejmeh (co-director of player personnel) are not being retained. Socie spent eight years with the franchise, while Nejmeh spent the past 16 seasons as a Jet.
Cal Poly (FCS): Coaching veteran Todd Sturdy, who has past stops as a play caller at Iowa State and Washington State, in addition to Northwest Missouri State and Eastern Washington (D-II), has joined the program as wide receivers coach / passing game coordinator.
Kent State: The addition of former Minnesota running back Mohamed Ibrahim as the new running backs coach is now official.
Fort Valley State (D-II - GA): Marlon Watson, the special teams coordinator and defensive ends coach at Prairie View A&M the past two seasons, has been announced as the new head coach. Watson has also served as defensive coordinator at Upper Iowa (D-II) and Elizabeth City State (D-II - NC).
Minnesota Duluth (D-II): Austan Davis, who served as a graduate assistant and offensive analyst on staff at Temple, is the new offensive line coach.
Wagner College (FCS - NY): Wagner College has 3 Graduate Assistant positions available for immediate hire. The positions available are: Football Ops, Equipment Manager, and Video Coordinator. Compensation for the positions include tuition, meals, housing, and a small stipend. Applicants must have undergraduate GPA above 3.0 to be considered for admission to graduate programs. LA Chargers: Former Florida State defensive coordinator Adam Fuller is reportedly joining Jim Harbaugh's staff.
Colorado State: Illinois outside linebackers coach Clint Sintim is expected to join the Rams staff as inside linebackers coach, per CBS Sports.
TCU: TCU is looking to hire a full-time director of football equipment. Qualifications: 5 years’ experience in equipment position specially with college football, including experience in purchasing and inventory of athletics equipment. New Haven (D-II - CT): The University of New Haven has two graduate assistant positions available for the Fall semester. Position will cover the entire cost of tuition for the master’s program, $5,000 yearly stipend and occasional meals. No housing is provided. Preference will given to candidates with playing/coaching experience at the WR/RB positions. Florida State: Catholic University (D-III - NE) associate head coach / offensive coordinator Jonathan Rutledge has joined Mike Norvell's staff as special teams analyst sources share with FootballScoop. Rut previously led or helped lead special teams at Nebraska, Auburn, Missouri, North Carolina and Memphis.
Quincy (Sprint - IL): Quincy University SPRINT football is looking to hire a full time offensive line coach. The offensive line position pays $40,000 and offers full time benefits. Candidates will be responsible for a recruiting territory, coaching their own position group, film breakdown, game planning and other duties assigned by the Head Coach. NFL: The head of the NFL Referees Association called conspiracies that his organization favors the Kansas City Chiefs "insulting and preposterous."
LSU: JR Belton is being promoted from director of recruiting to director of football operations sources tell FootballScoop. 247 Sports first shared the news. Belton, a former quarterback at Louisiana Tech, is considered an invaluable part of the LSU operation and a star in the profession.
Houston Texans: Assistant offensive line coach Cole Popovich has been elevated to offensive line coach / run game coordinator, per NFL Network.
New York Jets: Sources tell FootballScoop an FCS assistant has landed with Aaron Glenn in New York.
Washington: UConn director of recruiting / high school relations Jaleel Wadood is set to join the staff of Jedd Fisch, per CBS Sports.
St. Andrews (NAIA - NC): St. Andrews University in Laurinburg, NC is seeking an offensive skill coach. Preferably RB / H-Back experience. Full Time Salary ($30k) with benefits. USC: The Trojans are flat out not playing around under new GM Chad Bowen, as sources tell FootballScoop that USC is raiding another Big Ten program for a top personnel post.
Dayton (FCS - OH): Dayton has a graduate position open on offense. The position is flexible. 3.0+ college GPA required. Must have sound DVSport and Microsoft Visio skills.
