Junior was serving at the University of Colorado as a defensive quality control and has previously coached linebackers at both Northern Arizona and Dixie State. Before that he was the defensive coordinator at Mt. SAC where he won 3 National Championships.

Positions includes 100% tuition waiver for the Master of Arts in Leadership Program (which is an exclusively online program), and a full meal plan. There is no stipend for this position.
