Carolina Panthers: Adrian Wilson is being hired as vice president of plaer personnel, Ian Rapoport tweets.
Cleveland Browns: The team has formally announced the additions of Ephraim Banda (safeties), Bill Musgrave (senior offensive assistant), and new roles for Ben Bloom (DL), Brandon Lynch (corners) Callie Brownson (assistant WRs), Ashton Grant (offensive assistant / quarterbacks), Riley Hecklinkski (coordinator, coaching logistics), and Kevin Rogers (senior assistant / special projects).

Navy: Tulsa special teams coordinator Ricky Brown is expected to join the Navy staff as outside linebackers coach and special teams coordinator, Pete Thamel tweets. Brown had just started at Tulsa for new head coach Kevin Wilson in January. He served as a special teams quality control at Cincinnati last season.
Western Kentucky: Former Ole Miss standout receiver Michael Spurlock, who spent last season as an analyst with the Packers, is joining the staff as receivers coach, Brandon Marcello tweets.
NC State: Andy Vaughn has been hired in an assistant athletic director / general manager role to oversee recruiting and personnel. He previously served as associate athletics director for player personnel and recruiting at Arizona State and was the director of player personnel at Miami prior to that.

LA Chargers: The organization has announced the elevation of Derrick Ansley to defensive coordinator and Tom Donatell to passing game coordinator / secondary coach, as well as the additions of Jeff Howard (LBs), Robert Muschamp (defensive QC), Doug Nussmeier (QBs).

Georgia: Co-defensive coordinator Glenn Schumann will reportedly return to UGA after interviewing for an NFL coordinator job.
Stanford: Vaine Talamaivao is expected to join the staff as offensive line coach, Matt Zenitz tweets. Talamaivao had recently accepted a position at Northern Arizona (FCS) and was a graduate assistant at Oregon last season. He takes the spot vacated by Klayton Adams, who left for a job with the Cardinals.

Swanson is 25, and this marks his first coordinating opportunity, while Pearson previously held the defensive coordinator title at Ottawa (NAIA - KS).
Harvard (FCS): Harvard is currently hiring a running backs coach. This position coach would work closely with the head coach and staff, with primary responsibilities being on-field coaching, game plan development and national recruitment of academically qualified student athletes. Clarke University (NAIA – IA): Clarke University in Dubuque, IA is seeking a full-time assistant football coach working with the Wide Receivers. This could include a Special Teams Coordinator title for the right candidate. This is a 12-month staff position and compensation is 34k and full benefits. Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist the head coach with all aspects of the football program, position group meetings and practice prep, and academic monitoring responsibilities. Houston Texans: Per source, former Raiders and Chargers defensive quality control coach Ryan Milus is now a defensive assistant with the Texans.
McDaniel (D-III - MD): McDaniel College, located in Westminster, MD is looking for a Part Time Assistant Coach. Applicant will be required to coach their own position group, have their own recruiting area, and perform all other duties assigned by the head coach. Additional responsibilities include assisting the Head Coach in all facets of the program to develop a competitive NCAA Division III Football program within the Centennial Conference on the field, in the classroom, and in the community.
