Notre Dame: Utah offensive coordinator Andy Ludwig will remain at Utah per Pete Thamel who adds that "Ludwig's buyout proved to be an obstacle." Sources tell FootballScoop between Ludwig's buyout and Jim Harding's (Utah's offensive line coach), Notre Dame was facing a buyout bill approaching $4 million. 

Tampa Bay Bucs: Scottie Montgomery, who recently joined the Lions as assistant head coach / running backs coach, has completed his interview for the Bucs offensive coordinator job.

Oklahoma: Brent Venables unleashes a 5x #ScholarshipAlert.

Campbellsville (NAIA - KY): Perry Thomas is stepping down after leading the program for over a decade.

Akron: Nyeem Wartman-White is expected to be the new defensive line coach after spending the past few seasons at New Hampshire (FCS) in the same capacity, Pete Thamel tweets.

Texas A&M Commerce (FCS): Jarrett Boykin, who spent last season at Murray State (FCS - KY), is expected to join the staff as receivers coach, Matt Zenitz tweets.

Texas A&M: Texas A&M is expected to fill its running backs job with a 2022 FootballScoop Coach of the Year finalist.

Houston Texans: The Texans' new quarterbacks coach undoubtedly grew up dreaming of playing QB for the Texans himself.

Ball State: Cole Hoover has joined the program as an offensive graduate assistant where he will work with the offensive line and former Cardinals letter winner Demetrius Murray has joined the staff as a defensive graduate assistant working with the defensive backs.

Kansas State: Sources tell FootballScoop that Kansas State has found their new receivers coach.

Midland (NAIA - NE): Midland University has an IMMEDIATE opening for a restricted earnings position coaching the Wide Receivers. The position will be in charge of position meetings, assisting in weekly game plan, on/off campus recruiting, film breakdown and other duties assigned by the Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator. VMI (FCS): Sources confirm to FootballScoop that Greg Wood, who previously served as specialists coach / video coordinator for the program, is being promoted to special teams coordinator. Adam Rittenberg has tweeted the same.

Washington Commanders: Mike Garafolo tweets that Washington is seto to interview former Ravens offensive coordinator Greg Roman this week, and are also working on scheduling an interview with Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy as well.

Arizona Cardinals: Eagles defensive coordinator Jonathan Gannon will interview for the head coaching job with the Cardinals today, Adam Schefter tweets.

Dartmouth (FCS - NH): Dartmouth College is hiring for Assistant Coach – Nickels. This is a full-time position. Qualified candidates will be highly motivated and have 3-5 years of applicable experience. All interested parties should apply via this link. Please no phone calls or e-mails.

Dickinson (D-III - PA): Dickinson College has an opening for a defensive intern, preferably with defensive line experience. The position will recruit, coach, and run meetings. Compensation includes a stipend, housing, and meals. Interested candidates, please send resumes to glennonc@dickinson.edu.

Princeton (FCS - NJ): The Princeton University Football program is looking to fill an Offensive Quality Control position. The position will be responsible for a range of tasks, including assisting the offensive staff with opponent breakdowns, self-scout, playbook creation, and video coordination. The position will also assist the Head Coach and/or DFO with administrative tasks as assigned. This is a paid position with no housing or benefits provided. Ohio Wesleyan (D-III): Ohio Wesleyan University invites applications for the position of Assistant Football Coach. This is a Restricted Earnings Position that includes a stipend and on campus meal plan. The Assistant Coach is responsible for supporting the Head Coach in all phases of the Football program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: identify, recruit, coach your own position group, and develop high-level student-athletes for the program; organize official and unofficial visits; assist with practice, game preparations, and planning of travel itineraries; assist the head coach in all phases of student-athlete mentoring, fundraising, game management and scheduling and other administrative duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree required. Demonstrated experience instructing on the rules and fundamentals of the sport. Collegiate football playing and coaching experience is preferred. CPR, First Aid and AED Certification is required (and can be completed after hire). New York Jets: As expected, former Titans offensive coordinator Todd Downing is joining Robert Saleh's staff as their new passing game coordinator, Ian Rapoport tweets.

Oklahoma: University of Kansas defensive grad assistant Darrian Wilson has accepted an offensive analyst position at Oklahoma sources share with FootballScoop. 

Stetson (FCS - FL): Stetson University is looking for VOLUNTEER quality control (QC) coaches. There are positions available on the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. The QC position will be in charge of a position group, assisting with the weekly gameplan, recruiting, running drills during practice, film breakdown, video exchange, and gameplan preparations. They are strictly VOLUNTEER positions NO stipend, meal plan, or housing is included. In the past, our quality control coaches have moved on to graduate assistant (GA), other QC roles, or been promoted to full time coaches on the staff at Stetson. Indianapolis Colts: Adam Schefter tweets that Eagles offensive coordinator Shane Steichen is scheduled to fly to Indy this afternoon, when he is expected to finalize his deal to become the Colts’ next head coach.

North Dakota (FCS): Defensive coordinator Brett Holinka has decided to resign to pursue other opportunities. He spent the last three seasons leading the defense.

Bemidji State (D-II - MN) Bemidji State University has an immediate opening for a restricted earning defensive line position (10,000). Preference for those with experience with DE’s. Please e-mail Head Coach Brent Bolte, brent.bolte@bemidjistate.edu.

Wofford (FCS - SC): Furman (FCS - SC) offensive assistant Jay Girdner has taken a defensive quality control position working with the outside linebackers.

Georgia Tech: FIU special teams coordinator Ricky Brumfield is expected to join the staff in the same capacity, Matt Zenitz tweets. He completes Brent Keys staff and takes the the role vacated by Jason Semore, who left for the Marshall defensive coordinator job.

Super Bowl Gamesmanship: The Eagles signed former Broncos head coach Vic Fangio to a 2-week contract to help them scout his former AFC West rivals.

Oberlin (D-III - OH): Oberlin College is looking for a Division III game in 2023 for week 1 or 2. Interested programs can contact jpont@oberlin.edu.

Sussex (JC - NY): Oklahoma State offensive quality control coach Zach Sallee has joined the staff as offensive coordinator.

Indianapolis Colts: According to a report yesterday, Eagles offensive coordinator Shane Steichen is being targeted as the new head coach in Indy.
