NC State: The new defensive coordinator for the Wolf Pack reportedly comes with SEC and Big 12 coordinator experience.
Wisconsin: CBS Sports shares that senior defensive analyst Jack Cooper, who has been on staff the past two seasons, is being elevated to safeties coach. Cooper is the former defensive coordinator at Rhode Island (FCS) and also has prior stops at Nebraska and UCF.
UNLV: The program has announced that, in addition to the hire of Zach Arnett (see below), Akeem Davis (CBs), Ricky Logo (DL), Del Alexander (WRs) and Hunkie Cooper (director of football player development and community engagement) have all been retained.
Sacramento State (FCS - CA): CJ Pollard has accepted the recruiting special projects job with the Hornets after spending the last two seasons as an offensive graduate assistant at UNLV.
UNLV: Zach Arnett has now formally been announced as defensive coordinator for Dan Mullen's program, as we initially shared weeks ago.
Northern Michigan (D-II): Northern Michigan is looking to hire an Offensive Assistant (RBs or WRs) & Defensive Assistant (LBs or DL). Possibilities for Special Teams/Recruiting Coordinator roles. Interested applicants please send email to Head Coach shanrich@nmu.edu & apply via this link.
NC State: Departing offensive coordinator Robert Anae is due a $900k buyout for the final year of his deal.
College of DuPage (JC - IL): College of DuPage is seeking candidates to fill multiple OFFENSIVE position coach roles. Best available candidates will determine the positions. The positions come with a generous 10-month stipend and flexible schedule. Candidates that are local to the Chicagoland area, or have a local living arrangement, are encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements are a Bachelor’s degree, collegiate playing and/or coaching experience, and morning availability. Off field responsibilities may include roles in team academics, incoming and outgoing recruiting, football operations, etc. No Benefits, housing, or meals are included; there is the potential for additional compensation through camps or teaching. NC State: Dave Doeren is promoting Kurt Roper to offensive coordinator. Rope, who has been on staff four seasons, coached the quarterbacks this season while Robert Anae called the offense (and coached tight ends). Anae is not expected to remain with the staff. Offensive QC Gavin Locklear is being promoted to tight ends coach in connection with the move.
Indiana: The Hoosier's have formally announced the addition of Chandler Whitmer as quarterbacks coach/ co-offensive coordinator.

Mike Vrabel: Adam Schefter shares the former Titans head coach, who has spent the season as a consultant with the Browns, had his contract expire with Cleveland today, freeing him up to interview with NFL jobs
Syracuse: Special teams coordinator James Vollono will not return.
Truman State (D-II - MO): After leading the program to an 8-win season with the interim tag, Kellen Nesbitt has been elevated to head coach. He took over for his father back in February when Gregg retired. Kellen spent the past 14 seasons as defensive coordinator and this fall led the program to wins in eight of their last nine games, ensuring and eight-win season for their fifth straight season, which marks a school record.
New Mexico State: The Aggies are landing a former Broyles Award semifinalist as their new offensive coordinator, and have another offensive hire on the way, sources tell FootballScoop.

Sacramento State (FCS - CA): Edmonton Elks (CFL) GM Geroy Simon is set to join the staff as the new GM after a decade working in CFL front offices, per multiple reports.

New York Jets: Former Jets and Bills head coach Rex Ryan shared on 880 ESPN Radio in New York that he expects to speak with the Jets about their head coaching opening once their season comes to an end.
Purdue: Memphis defensive quality control coach Ty Rocconi has been added to the staff as a defensive analyst where he will work with the defensive backs.
App State: Sources tell FootballScoop Dowell Loggains is planning to hire former App State player DJ Smith as his new defensive coordinator.
Alabama A&M (FCS): Alabama A&M went the former NFL player route; but one who has experience as a head coach. Miles College head coach Sam Shade is the new head coach at Alabama A&M.
Kennesaw State: Jerry Mack is bringing a familiar face with him to Kennesaw State, sources tell FootballScoop.
Torino Giaguari (Italy): The Torino Giaguari in the Italian First Division are seeking a player-coach. Offer includes round-trip airfare, housing, monthly salary, and other benefits, including living in a great European city. Season runs from January/February through the middle of June. Grand View (NAIA - IA): After playing a critical role in six straight undefeated regular seasons and leading one of the top defenses in small college football, the school has promoted EJ Peterson to the head coaching spot. Peterson is a 2011 Grand View alumnus and Hall of Famer whose defense led the country in total yards, passing yards, rushing yards, and points per game during their 14-0 run and national title this past fall.
Snow College (JC - UT): Snow College is accepting applications for a defensive line coach. Previous coaching experience is required. Bachelors degree is also required. Duties include but are not limited to: Coaching one of the top defensive lines in the country every year, recruiting an assigned area and position, academic monitoring of assigned student athletes, film breakdown and game planning responsibilities, and on campus housing duties. Position will include football stipend, and stipend for teaching PE classes. No benefits. There is also the option for housing at a large discount to the coach. Applicants must be able to live in Sanpete County. Please do not apply if you cannot live in Sanpete County. Ideal candidate will be on campus ASAP. Spring semester begins January 8th.
