Ball State: Ball State Football is looking to hire a Strength & Conditioning Graduate Assistant. A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of one-year experience in strength and conditioning or related field within intercollegiate athletics are qualifications for this position. Candidate must be CPR/AED certified, as well as possessing or working toward one of the following certifications: SCCC, CSCS. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, strong work ethic and self-starter, organizational skills and great attention to detail. Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. The successful candidate must have a 2.75 undergrad GPA and be admitted to the graduate school and is expected to apply to a master’s program. Partial tuition remission and yearly stipend of $7500.00 will be provided.
