Western Illinois (FCS): WIU Football is seeking to hire a Graduate Assistant – Director of Football Operations to assist with the daily administrative and logistical functions of Western Illinois University Football Program. This position plays a key role in coordinating team travel, housing, budgeting, scheduling, recruiting events, and communications. The role supports the coaching staff and serves as a link between student-athletes, athletic department personnel, and across campus partners to ensure smooth and efficient program operations. Compensation: This position includes a monthly stipend and graduate tuition waiver in accordance with university policy. *Must be accepted into a Western Illinois University graduate program and remain in good academic standing (not on academic probation).
