Montana State - Northern (NAIA): Montana State - Northern is seeking applicants for a Graduate Assistant position working with the offensive staff. This role will primarily support the Offensive Line and Running Back position groups under the direction of the Run Game Coordinator while assisting the Offensive Coordinator in all phases of the offensive operation. This position is designed for coaches who are looking to gain significant responsibility and learn every aspect of running a collegiate football program. The successful candidate will be expected to embrace the behind-the-scenes work that drives successful programs, including recruiting, film breakdown, data management, practice operations, and player development. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring coach who is willing to work hard, learn, and contribute wherever needed. Compensation includes graduate school, opportunity, tuition assistance and compensation, and potential housing and/or meal assistant (depending on availability).
