Miami Dolphins: The organization has announced a series of promotions and additions to the personnel, front office and player performance staffs. On the personnel side, Kyle Smith was hired earlier this spring as assistant GM, Matt Winston has been elevated to director of player personnel, Jon Robinson and Shaun Herock have joined the club as senior personnel executives, Josh Scobey is the assistant director of player personnel, Venzell Boulware is now director of pro scouting, and Jack Schneider was hired as a pro scout. Also, Grant Wallace was elevated to director of college scouting, and Owen Hartman and Dylan Mabin were promoted to college scouts. Lastly, additional promotions and hires include Brandon Shore (executive vice president of football operations), Max Napolitano (VP of football administration and strategy), Kyle Johnston (VP of sports medicine and performance / head athletic trainer), and Todd Hunt (director of S&C), Willie Jones (assistant director of S&C), and Ike Brown (assistant S&C coach).
