Southwest Minnesota State (D-II): Southwest Minnesota State University is accepting applications for a Director of Sports Performance. This is a full-time position with a salary range between $47,607.00 - $93,342.00. This position will serve as the ultimate authority and university expert in all decisions related to and in accordance with the sports performance, health, and injury resilience of 15 NCAA Division II athletic sport teams totaling over 450+ student-athletes. Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Health, or related field plus 2 years of experience workin/g with college Football, Men/Women’s Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Softball, Men/Women’s Cross Country, Men/Women’s Track and Field, Wrestling, Golf, Swim & Dive, Baseball & Adaptive sports. Certified in CSCS or working torwards CSCS(Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA) or SCCC (Strength and Conditioning Coach Certification through CSCC).
