Ohio State: Per source, the Buckeyes have internally promoted recruiting assistant Weston Zernechel to assistant director of player personnel. He replaces Eron Hodges, who resigned to take the director of player personnel position at Purdue in April.

Detroit Lions: Brian Hudspeth, an 18-year NFL scouting veteran with experience with the Falcons, Bucs and Texans, has joined the Lions scouting staff, per Justin Rogers.
