Last night during the Seahawks-Redskins game I came across this Vine of a Seattle coach / support staff member throwing his body on the ground after realizing that they were short an agility bag during a drill.
I have no clue who it is, but give the man some major props for not only thinking on his feet, but also for putting his body in the line of fire to solve the problem at hand.
Next time you're looking to hire a grad assistant, it may be valuable to ask him during the interview, "If we were short an agility bag, and you noticed it during the middle of the drill, what would you do?"
If he doesn't answer by doing what this guy did...I'd have my reservations.
I've been watching the clip on a loop for most of the morning, and noticed another coach actually jumps in line with the players just to stomp on the stomach of the guy laying down, and if you watch the background in the beginning, the stomper actually sprints to get in line at the start of the clip.
