Penn State: Trace McSorley is joining the staff as assistant quarterbacks coach. 

New Orleans Saints: The Saints are hiring Peter Sirmon sources confirm. 

Temple: KC Keeler has completed his staff by naming Anthony Getz as director of creative media, Isaac Ijalana as director of player engagement, Maddie Rogers as assistant DFO, and Kevin Sheehan as an offensive analyst. 

Southeast Missouri State (FCS): SEMO offensive coordinator Jeromy McDowell is stepping down to accept a position at a local high school, coaching his son. In connection, SEMO has an immediate opening for offensive coordinator. Candidates should have five (5) years collegiate coaching experience. Previous Offensive Coordinator experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates should have demonstrated knowledge of NCAA regulations and the ability to successfully recruit student-athletes. Northern State (D-II - SD): NSU is currently accepting applications for a full time offensive assistant coach. The interested candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with Wide Receivers or Running Backs. This is a position with benefits and a pay range based on experience, $27,000 - $32,500. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in special teams and recruiting experience. Successful candidates must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check. Florida Atlantic: Cagen Clark will be a GA for the Owls working with wide receivers, sources tell FootballScoop. Clark was set to be the tight ends coach at Midwestern State (D-II - TX) after serving as a student assistant at Texas Tech. 

Seattle Seahawks: Jason Peters will retire after 19 seasons as an NFL offensive lineman and take a job with the club's player engagement staff. 

Samford (FCS - AL): Source tells FootballScoop running backs coach KD Humphries has added the run game coordinator title. 

Colorado State: Jay Norvell has now made some moves official naming Matt Ah You nickels coach, Clint Sintim linebackers coach, Nigel Madison corners coach and Trent Matthews defensive run-game specialist. 

Kansas State: Chris Klieman has announced a number of promotions including: Nate Kaczor to special teams coordinator / special assistant to the head coach, Matt Kardulis to assistant safeties coach, Sean Maguire to assistant quarterbacks coach and David Orloff to outside linebackers coach. 

Tulsa: Tre Lamb has announced of number of staff updates including: John Beckley as outside linebackers, Andrew Lee as assistant director of player personnel, Paul Potter as defensive analyst, Colton Shirley as assistant director of player personnel, Kurt Huff as offensive analyst and Jake Rand as defensive analyst. 

Penn State: Shabazz High School (NJ) head coach Naz Oliver is joining the Penn State staff in a recruiting role 247 sports has shared.

Wisconsin-Whitewater (D-III): The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater is seeking applicants for a Defensive Backs Coach. This is a benefited, full-time position that is a split role with the admissions department. Bachelor’s degree and previous recruiting experience required. Preference will be given to candidates with coaching experience at the Defensive Back position. Northern State (D-II - SD): Kiefer Price is joining the staff as offensive line coach. Price was on staff at McNeese State (FCS - LA) this past season assisting with the offensive line. 

Heidelberg University (D-III - OH): Heidelberg has 3 openings for Intern / grad assistant positions. 2 would start July 1, and 1 (intern) could begin immediately. Flexible on positions coached or played. Intern position is housing, meals and a $7,000 stipend. GA position is housing, meals, MBA tuition (must be accepted into program) and a $5,000 stipend. Wilkes (D-III - PA): Wilkes University is looking to hire an assistant coach in a non-benefited role on the offensive or defensive side of the ball. This position is an entry level position and is a great opportunity to gain experience in recruiting and on field coaching. This person needs to possess strong communication skills, infectious energy, and have a growth mindset. Technical experience with excel, HUDL, and Visio are preferred. This coach will also be given their own recruiting area. Housing is provided year round and some meals. Stipend is $12,000 annually. Looking to fill this position ASAP. Carthage College (D-III - WI): Carthage College is currently accepting applications for an Offensive Graduate Assistant. Responsibilities will include coaching a position group, film breakdown, practice organization, recruiting area, and other duties assigned by the Head Football Coach. Position includes a stipend and tuition waiver or reduction depending on the program for graduate school. Applicants must be able to be accepted into the Masters programs. Shorter (D-II - GA): Shorter University is seeking applicants for a TWO graduate assistant coaching positions(RB/TE/OL). Responsibilities include coaching a position, managing a recruiting territory, coordinating on-campus visits, Hudl video, scouting reports/breakdowns and other duties assigned by the head coach and defensive coordinator. Experience playing or coaching at the college level is preferred. Position includes 100% tuition waiver for the Master’s program of your choosing (which is an exclusively online program), and a full meal plan. There is no stipend for this position. There will be the opportunity for additional income available. On campus housing is not available. Admission to the Shorter University Graduate School (minimum GPA of 2.5) is required. Position must start no later than March 8th. Shorter University is a private Baptist university in Rome, Georgia. It was founded in 1873. In the fall of 2020, it traditional enrollment reached 1,250 students. The 155-acre main academic and residential campus is located 70 miles northwest of Atlanta, Georgia in Rome. As a Christian institution the coaches at Shorter University lead by example on and off the field. Bentley (D-III - MA): Bentley has an opening for an Assistant Secondary Coach. This position is part time with a $20,000 salary. This position will have their own room and assist in recruiting / operations. There is NO housing OR benefits with occasional meals and the potential to earn camp money. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, proficient in Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint and other computer skills. This candidate must have at least 1 year of coaching at the college or high school varsity level. The candidate must be able to work early mornings in to the early afternoon. App State: Sources tell FootballScoop general manager Thomas Guerry is not going to return with the program. Guerry joined the App State staff in early 2023 under then head coach Shawn Clark. Prior to App, Guerry served as director of player personnel at Georgia Tech several seasons and was director of recruiting at Virginia Tech five seasons prior to that. 

Alabama: Source tells FootballScoop Tyler Hughes has joined the Alabama staff as an offensive analyst. Hughes has spent four of the last five seasons working with the New England Patriots and spent the 2023 season with Kalen DeBoer at Washington. AL.com has also noted the addition. 

UW-Stout (D-III): Nick Pesik has joined the staff as offensive coordinator / receivers. 

Arkansas: Chris Browne has joined the staff as assistant offensive line coach. Browne coached the offensive line at Alabama State last season. 

Tuskegee (D-II - AL): Former Fort Valley State assistant head coach / defensive line OC Williams is joining the staff as defensive coordinator. 

Arkansas: Sam Pittman announced several new additions to the staff Monday including offensive analyst Christopher Browne, defensive analyst Demerick Gary, Director of High School Relations Che Hendrix and special teams graduate assistant Adam Dulka.

Kansas City Chiefs: The Chiefs have announced Matt House will serve as senior defensive assistant and Chris Orr is joining as defensive quality control. Orr coach linebackers at Jackson State this past season.

Los Angeles Chargers: Jim Harbaugh is planning to add former Michigan offensive coordinator Kirk Campbell as an offensive assistant the NFL Network has shared.

Stanford: Director of athletics Bernard Muir is planning to step down per multiple reports. Muir, 56, has served in this capacity the past 13 years.

Michigan: Sherrone Moore has named Biff Poggi associate head coach.

Boston College: Former Penn State quarterback Matt McGloin is joining the staff as an offensive analyst ESPN has shared.

Cincinnati Bengals: The Bengals plan to add Sean Desai in a "senior defensive role" ESPN has shared.

UAB: Trent Dilfer is adding two new hires to his defensive staff sources tell FootballScoop.
