Memphis Showboats (UFL): Head coach Ken Whisenhunt is stepping down to take a leave of absence, citing personal reasons and offensive line coach Jim Turner will step into the interim head coach position for the 2025 season.

Arkansas State: Jordan McDaniel, who spent last season as the defensive line coach at Mississippi College (D-II) and was at Delta State (D-II - MS) prior to that, has been hired as assistant linebackers coach, per source.

Northern Iowa (FCS): Max Gonos has accepted a special teams analyst / specialist coach with the program. Gonos is a former kicker at Northwood (D-II - MI).

West Virginia: Sources tell FootballScoop Rich Rodriguez is hiring Logan Bradley away from Auburn's staff

East Tennessee State (FCS): Monroe Beard III, a former linebacker at Tennessee State (FCS) and Marshall, has accepted a defensive quality control / recruiting role at ETSU.

Tennessee State (FCS): Reggie Barlow is now officially head coach at Tennessee State University.

DC Defenders (UFL): With Reggie Barlow off to Tennessee State, quarterbacks coach Shannon Harris is stepping in as interim head coach for the season.

Las Vegas Raiders: Ryan Paganetti has joined the coaching staff as head coach research specialist, where his role will include game management responsibilities, per Seth Walder. He most recently was director of football analytics with the Jaguars and previously worked with Raiders offensive coordinator in Philly.

Wisconsin: The Badgers are have hired North Texas director of player personnel Ethan Russo as their new director of player personnel. Russo was promoted from assistant director of player personnel last year at UNT and previously was the director of player personnel at UNLV. 

Prime vs. Fran: The ball is now in the court of the NCAA after Syracuse and Colorado petition for the ability to scrimmage in the spring.

Rhode Island (FCS): Will Fleming, the former offensive coordinator at Lamar where he helped the program to back-to-back winning records in 2023 and 2024 following a 1-10 campaign in 2022, is set to become the new receivers coach, per CBS Sports.

Jacksonville State: Keyara Smith has joined the program as assistant general manager. She previously spent about a year and a half as an intern in football recruiting operations at Alabama.

Union Commonwealth (NAIA - KY): Per source, former Georgetown (NAIA - KY) tight ends / running backs coach David Cunningham has been named offensive coordinator at Union Commonwealth.

East Mississippi CC (JC): Per source, George Frazier, former FIU and UT-Martin (FCS) defensive line coach, has accepted the defensive line job at EMCC.
