Ohio State corners coach Kerry Coombs explains before final two-a-day: "Toughness is a choice"

Ohio State corners coach and special teams coordinator Kerry Coombs is - hands down - one of the most enthusiastic and passionate coaches in college football.

So if you're Ohio State, it's a no-brainer who you have address your team on the final morning of their last two-a-day practice of 2016.

They teed it up, and Coombs stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. You won't need your morning coffee after watching this.

"Here we go! It's the final friggin two-a-day of camp." Coombs told players before practice got started. "The toughest training camp in America the question is, as you stand on the edge, what kind of man will you be today? What kind of man will you be today? Will you come out the other side tougher? A Warrior who can thump his chest and say 'I own the day! I beat back everything they had. I fought, I scratched, I clawed.'"

"Or will you be a guy who gets to the edge and says 'That's too much for me...that's too much for me. I'm not going to go. I'm not going to jump. I'm not going to be that guy.' You get to choose. Toughness is a choice. Toughness is a choice. Championships are not won over in that stadium. Championships are won on a Friday morning, right here, in full equipment, where the toughest, baddest football team goes to war."

"Win that championship today. Right here."
