Alabama State (FCS): The school has now announced that the board of trustees has voted to not renew the contract of Reggie Barlow. Associate head coach / offensive line coach Antonio Bradford has been named interim head coach.
Youngstown State (FCS - OH): Eric Wolford will be bought out of his contract per sources. We have been told that it is a $100,000 buyout. Brett McMurphy first reported the news this evening. Coaches are telling us to expect the new head coach to have direct ties to Youngstown State president (and former head coach) Jim Tressel. Read more here.
Texas Southern (FCS): Per source, running backs coach Lewis Tillman and defensive line coach David Geralds will not return.
Puget Sound (D-III - WA): Puget Sound invites applications for the full time position of offensive assistant coach. The successful candidates will be heavily involved in game planning and film work (HUDL) and be responsible to put together the offensive game plan each week along with head coach. The successful candidate will also be expected to help recruit, retain, and graduate academically successful student-athletes to the University of Puget Sound. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to overall departmental philosophy which might include teaching classes or be involved in other administrative duties. Norfolk State (FCS - VA): Head coach Pete Adrian has announced his retirement. The University has begun a search... All of the current assistants' contract expire at the end of December. Running backs coach Paul Macklin and defensive line coach Mark Thurston will lead the program until a new head coach is identified.
University of Redlands (D-III - CA): The University of Redlands is taking applications for an offensive football graduate assistant. Primary responsibilities include coaching a position group, recruiting, coordinating all video as it applies to practice, games and highlights, and other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree and admission to one of the University of Redlands graduate programs is required. Tuition remission for graduate school, a monthly stipend, and meal plan are provided. VMI (FCS): Head coach Sparky Woods' contract has not been extended and he will not return. "The search for a successor will begin immediately." VMI went 2-10 this season, 1-6 in the SoCon.
Northern Colorado (FCS): Per source, head coach Earnest Collins Jr. is expected to return.
Wagner (FCS - NY): Head coach Walt Hameline will retire as head coach today according to Jim Waggoner of SIlive.com. He will remain on as athletics director, a position he has held since 1982. Hameline won a school-record 223 games in 34 seasons and stands 49th on the NCAA's all-time wins list. Associate head coach/offensive coordinator Jason Houghtaling will be named head coach on Tuesday, a move that has been in the works since he returned to the staff in January after spending a year as Cornell's offensive coordinator.

Modesto Junior College (CA): Sam Young has stepped down after posting a 93-67 record in 15 seasons as head coach.
Columbia (FCS - NY): Head coach Pete Mangurian just completed his third season as head coach of the Lions. In his first season, the team won three games. In these latest two seasons, the team has not won a game. Columbia currently does not have an athletic director. The President of the University has announced that he has hired Rick Taylor as an outside consultant to review and recommend ways the University can improve their football program and to help with the search for a new athletic director.
