Miami has a nice promotion going on tomorrow night for their student section. For every punt that the 'Canes defense force against Duke, students get a free wing at Buffalo Wild Wings, as long as they're there claim it by sunset on Monday.
That's normal enough, but the video promoting it is where things get a little weird. In an effort to publicize the promotion, Miami got their Ibis mascot (who kind of looks eerily similar to a chicken), to act a fool with some gag rubber chickens...which I'm guessing are supposed to represent the chicken wings that are up for grabs.
All around, this is was just strange to me.
