Since his first full season as head coach at Navy in 2008, Ken Niumatalolo has won at least eight games a year in all but one season leading the Midshipmen (2011), despite the challenges of being a service academy.
During off season workouts, Niumatalolo constantly reminds his guys of the hurdles they must overcome to be successful in the fall, as this look inside their off season program highlights.
"We're smaller than everybody we play," Niumatalolo reminds the team. "We can't let anybody work harder than us."
"If you don't do your job, we've got zero chance to win." he barks once more before blowing the whistle to start an agility session.
