Georgia State: Athletic director Cheryl Levick has announced that she will transition to a new role as a special assistant to university president Mark Becker starting July 1. Read more on the move in the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Kansas State: Athletic director John Currie will serve as the chair of the Big 12 athletic directors this year.

Purdue: Due to the death of associate AD Tom Reiter back in January, Purdue AD Morgan Burke has announced some changes in duties within the office of sports administration. Senior associate AD Ed Howat will oversee baseball, soccer, as well as men's and women's swimming and diving. Senior associate AD Nancy Cross will oversee women's basketball, men's and women's golf and men's and women's tennis. Associate AD Calvin Williams will take care of men's and women's cross country, softball, men's and women's track and field, volleyball and wrestling. Burke will administer men's basketball and football. All changes are effective July 1.

VCU: Athletic director Ed McLaughlin has been elevated to associated vice president and the board of visitors at VCU has approved a three-year contract extension through 2019 which includes a raise from $210,000 to $271,000.
