Oregon State: Todd Phelps has been appointed associate athletic director for facilities and operations. Phelps has been the associate director of athletics for facility and event operations at Stony Brook since 2010.
Hartford: Bowie State athletic director Anton Goff has accepted the AD position at the University of Hartford.
