Video: Take in a practice with the NFL's hottest young coach (mic'd up)

Sean McVay is living the career every coach dreams of. He graduated from Miami (Ohio) in 2008 and, at age 22, immediately moved into an assistant wide receivers job with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was a lead position coach by 25 and an NFL coordinator by 28.

The Los Angeles Rams made him their head coach last winter -- at age 31 -- and, after taking over a 4-12 team, McVay led the Rams to an 11-5 record and the club's first NFC West championship since 2003 in his first season on the job.

McVay's Year 2 began this week with OTAs, and he was the most excited Ram to be back on the field.

Did you see how fast Brandin Cooks is? McVay would appreciate it if you watched again if you didn't notice the first time through.
