Bahamas Bowl: Lance Leipold's squad handled Will Healy's Charlotte team 31-9, resulting in a $35,000 bonus for Leipold.
USF: Jeff Scott has announced the hiring of Trumain Carroll as his strength coach. Carroll spent the previous two seasons serving as head strength and conditioning coach under head coach Arkansas (2018-19) and previously worked under Chad Morris as head strength and conditioning coach at SMU (2015-17) for three seasons.
Bloomsburg (D-II - PA): Frank Sheptock has been named head coach at Bloomsburg. Sheptock was currently serving as defensive coordinator at Misiericordia.
Army: Sources tell FootballScoop significant staff changes are coming at Army with changes on both sides of the ball. Pete Thamel tweeted this afternoon that current defensive coordinator John Loose will move to a new role (assistant head coach) and the new coordinator will evaluate the staff. Thamel adds that receivers coach Marcus Edwards will not return.
Oklahoma State: Sources tell FootballScoop Mike Gundy might be on the verge of losing two assistants to coordinator opportunities.
Arizona: UCLA defensive backs coach Paul Rhoads has accepted the defensive coordinator position for Kevin Sumlin at Arizona.

SMU: The school announced that Sonny Dykes has signed a contract extension. No details have been announced yet. Stay tuned...
UTSA: Will Stein has been formally announced as passing game coordinator / wide receivers coach. Jeff Traylor has now hired 9 of his on-field assistants.
Iowa Wesleyan (D-III): Iowa Wesleyan University is accepting applications for the Assistant Football Coach – Offensive Skill - QBs, WRs. This is a full-time, exempt position responsible for coaching an Offensive position, training, providing guidance and recruiting members of the football team, and assisting the Head Football Coach with the overall administration of the Football program. Looking for 1-5 years experience coaching at the college level. Review of resumes will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. Tusculum (D-II - TN): Sources tell FootballScoop Jerry Odom plans to add Kade Bell (OC) and John Peacock (OL) to fill the openings mentioned below. Bell and Peacock both served as offensive analysts at South Florida this past year.
Florida State: John Papuchis will serve as special teams coordinator / defensive ends coach for Mike Norvell's staff tweets Pete Thamel. Papuchis coached linebackers at Maryland this past season.
Tusculum (D-II - TN): Source tells FootballScoop offensive coordinator Brian Ferguson and offensive line coach Ben Luther are not expected to return.
Ottawa RedBlacks (CFL): Alex Suber, who coached the wide receivers at Murray State (FCS - KY) most recently, has been hired as the team's new wide receivers coach.
Penn State: Athletic director Sandy Barbour was asked about James Franklin's contract terms today, and she shared that they have not been released just yet because they are still waiting on Franklin's signature.
Texas A&M Kingsville (D-II): Mike Salinas has now been officially announced as the new head coach of the Javelinas program. Salinas resigned after the 2018 season, his second as head coach at Welasco High School. Salinas played at Kingsville and coached on the defensive side of the ball there from 2002-2004.
Concord (D-II - WV): Dave Walker, who has led Martinsburg HS (WV) to eight state titles in ten seasons, will be the new head coach at Concord, sources tell FootballScoop. WV Metro News is reporting the same. Walker has led the Martinsburg HS program to 56 straight wins and is the winningest head coach in West Virginia football history.
Penn State: Tight ends coach Tyler Bowen will call plays during the bowl game, and offensive analyst Kirk Campbell will act as interim quarterbacks coach.
USF: Sources tell FootballScoop that Charlie Weis Jr. is a strong candidate to join the USF staff.
Arizona State: Corners coach Tony White has been promoted to defensive coordinator. Linebackers coach Antonio Pierce has added the associate head coach title as well.
Alma (D-III - MI): Alma College in Alma, MI is accepting applications for an offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach. Coach Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree is required, collegiate QB experience is preferred. Candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate the ability to counsel and advise players, be able to recruit qualified student-athletes, motivate players, monitor student-athlete academic progress, work camps, develop schedules, and coordinate community service projects. Florida State: Only one coach in college football has had to replace more coaches than Mike Norvell the past four seasons. He explains how his approach to recruiting and high staff turnover here.

Hutchinson (CC - KS): Source tells FootballScoop Tommy Mangino is a strong candidate for the head coaching position at Hutch. Mangino spent the 2010-12 seasons at Hutch, coaching receivers and quarterbacks before being promoted to offensive coordinator. Since leaving Hutch, Mangino has been on staffs at Arkansas, Iowa State, Kentucky and now North Texas where he currently serves as an offensive quality control coach.
Southern Nazarene (D-II -OK): Dustin Hada has been announced as the new head coach of the program after spending the last four seasons on staff as offensive coordinator / offensive line coach.
Florida State: The program has officially announced the addition of Chris Thomsen to Mike Norvell's coaching staff.

Anderson (D-III - IN): Anderson University assistant coach intern (graphic design and recruiting operations interest/experience). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting the head coach in recruiting, player development, team building, practice oversight, academic oversight, and the possibility of coaching an assigned position group. Candidates with graphic design and recruiting interest/experience preferred. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (required). Also required are previous playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level; ability to recruit in Indiana and other assigned states; ability to use various technologies to supplement coaching and recruiting responsibilities; ability to work as a part of a team environment; a demonstrated commitment to the Anderson University mission and Christian lifestyle. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate with a diverse student body, faculty and staff; effective problem solving skills and personal initiative. Must meet university lifestyle expectations. Candidates with graphic design and extensive recruiting interest/experience preferred. Benefits: Housing provided, along with a small stipend. Temporary position, not eligible for benefits.
