ECU: Athletic director Jeff Compher has accepted a buyout of about $1 million to resign from his position, accoring to WNCT. Compher was hired at ECU in April 2013 and was given a five-year extension through April 2023 back in June.
Texas: Bryan Carrington has been promoted from assistant director of player personnel to director of recruiting, according to Will Blazier of The Football Brainiacs and EJ Holland of Horns247.
Michigan: The Wolverines have formally announced Ed Warinner as offensive line coach. Warinner spent 2017 as the offensive line coach and run game coordinator at Minnesota and joined the Michigan staff in January as a senior analyst with the offense.
Bowling Green: Jacob Schoonover is joining the staff to coach the linebackers, per source. Schoonover spent last season at Illinois State (FCS) where he coached the linbackers and served as special teams coordinator for five years.

Glenville State (D-II - WV): Pass game coordinator and wide receivers coach Kylan Butler has been promoted to offensive coordinator and Alex Farrah (previously an offensive line graduate assistant at Texas State) has been hired to coach the offensive line, per souce.

Colorado State-Pueblo (D-II): Per source, Chris Symington has returned to John Wristen's staff as offensive line coach/run game coordinator. Coach Symington previously was the offensive line coach at Truman State (D-II - MO) and was previously on Pueblo's staff.
Victor Valley (JC - CA): Victor Valley College has a 60% adjunct position coming open in the Fall. Looking for best coach available. William & Mary (FCS - VA): Jerry Taylor has joined the staff as wide receivers coach. Taylor previously coached the wide receivers at Dartmouth (FCS - NH) for four seasons after being promoted from a quality control role in 2014.
MidAmerica Nazarene (NAIA - KS): Head coach Brian Willmer has announced his resignation after four seasons and offensive coordinator Bruce Pielstick will serve as the interim head coach. Wilmer led the program to an overall record of 26-18 and a 17-7 mark in league play. A search for the next NMU head coach begins immediately.
Davidson (FCS - NC): Davidson has named corners coach Jeff McDaniels as their new recruiting coordinator and defensive ends coach Steven Jackson has been promoted to special teams coordinator, source tells FootballScoop. Both guys will continue to coach their respective positions.
Lafayette (FCS - PA): Andrew Seumalo has joined the staff coaching the defensive line and Rich Yahner has been hired to coach the linebackers. Seumalo spent last season as a graduate assistant at Nebraska working with the defensive line and Yahner spent last year at San Diego Mesa (JC - CA) where he coached the linebackers and served as defensive run game coordinator.
Azusa Pacific (D-II - CA): Per source, Will Rodriguez, who most recently served as a special teams analyst with the Rams, has joined the staff as special teams coordinator and kickers coach.
Delaware State: Per source, Keiki Misipeka, the running backs coach at Garden City CC (JC โ KS) is the new running backs coach and recruiting coordinator Delaware State.
Missouri Valley (NAIA - Marshall, MO): Missouri Valley College invites applications for a full-time assistant football coach and instructor. The successful candidate must possess a Masterโs Degree and have previous experience in coaching wide receivers. Some teaching will also be required. Salary is $30k. Job includes film work, game & practice planning, recruiting, academic monitoring as well as other duties as assigned by the head coach.
