Concordia-St Paul (D-II - MN): Concordia University, located in the St. Paul/Minneapolis metro area, has an immediate opening for a full-time defensive position coach. Appalachian State: Per source, Trey Money has been hired as a defensive graduate assistant on Scott Satterfield's staff. He spent the past three seasons as a student assistant.

Warner (NAIA - FL): Warner University has an immediate opening for an assistant football coach working with the defensive line. Applicants must be willing to share their strong Christian faith and work within Warner University’s Christian mission. Job duties include coaching your own position, running your own meetings, practice planning, scouting, video breakdown, managing your own recruiting area, and all other responsibilities assigned by the head coach. Thiel College (D-III - PA): Thiel College has an opening for an intern defensive assistant coach from August until May. Defensive back playing and/or coaching experience is preferred. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: assisting in all aspects of coaching, planning and organization of practices, game day duties, on the road recruiting and retaining student-athletes, game breakdowns and other assignments requested by the Head Coach. New Research:Building Formations in 20 Personnel Groupings -- In his first season as offensive coordinator for Texas A&M University, Noel Mazzone took the Aggies from 66th to 34th in the country in rushing yards, averaging over 211 yards per game. Nearly 50% of his entire offensive play menu was derived from 20 personnel groupings, which he used to build 2×2, 3×1 and empty formation packages both with pre-snap and post-snap motion.
