Lake Erie College (D-II - OH): Head coach Gerald Hazzard, who has been with the program since 2007, and was promoted from offensive coordinator to head coach late in the 2016 season, will not return. The team went 0-10 this season and were 2-8 last year. The school has begun a national search for a new head coach.

Middle Tennessee State: With their wn over UTEP, bringing them to 7-wins on the year, Rick Stockstill has a 1-year contract extension triggered, Steve Berkowitz tweets. The deal is set to be worth $821k and take him through December 31, 2027.

Connecticut: UConn lost to SMU 62-50 on Saturday, dropping them to 1-9 on the year, but the Huskies were 9-of-16 on third downs while SMU was 5-of-12, triggering a $2,000 bonus for Randy Edsall, tweets Steve Berkowitz. Really.

Boise State: Boise State's 24-17 win over No. 23 Fresno State took the Broncos to 8-2 on the season, triggering an automatic 1-year extension in Bryan Harsin's contract, tweets Steve Berkowitz. He is now under contract through the 2023, a season that will pay him $2.15 million.
